12 maddeden olu\u015ftu\u011fu belirtilen kanun teklifi \u201cMilli Dayan\u0131\u015fma ve Toplumsal B\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmenin G\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine Dair Kanun Teklifi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak. Ter\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye s\u00fcreci kapsam\u0131nda Meclis\u2019te kurulan komisyon, ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 5 A\u011fustos 2025\u2019te yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7er\u00e7eve yasa Meclis\u2019e, tam 1 y\u0131l sonra, komisyonun ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 5 A\u011fustos\u2019ta sunuluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMilli Dayan\u0131\u015fma ve Toplumsal B\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmenin G\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine Dair Kanun Teklifi\u201d ad\u0131 verilen d\u00fczenleme 10 maddeden olu\u015fuyor. Teklifin bug\u00fcn AKP<\/a>, MHP <\/a>ve DEM<\/a> Parti\u2019nin ortak imzas\u0131yla TBMM Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na sunulmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Ter\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye s\u00fcreci, MHP lideri Devlet Bah\u00e7eli\u2019nin 1 Ekim 2024\u2019te Meclis\u2019te DEM Partililerle tokala\u015fmas\u0131yla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. S\u00fcrecin mimar\u0131<\/a> Bah\u00e7eli, kanun teklifine ilk imzay\u0131 att\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Devlet Bah\u00e7eli, ya\u015fanan ‘kriz’ nedeniyle Meclise sunulmas\u0131 ertelenen ‘\u00e7er\u00e7eve yasa’ konusunda pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc T\u00fcrkg\u00fcn’de yay\u0131mlanan s\u00f6yle\u015fisinde, “Bu mesele siyaset \u00fcst\u00fc bir konu olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmeli, \u00e7er\u00e7eve yasaya tam destek verilmelidir” demi\u015fti. Di\u011fer siyasi parti gruplar\u0131yla da ortak imza i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi. \u0130mzalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan meclise sunulacak ‘\u00e7er\u00e7eve yasa’ teklifinin ismi belli oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teklifin son haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fcn TBMM’de bir toplant\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. TBMM Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Numan Kurtulmu\u015f, AKP Genel Ba\u015fkanvekili Efkan \u00c2l\u00e2, AKP S\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc \u00d6mer \u00c7elik ve AKP Grup Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcler bir araya geldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AKP Grup Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcler imzas\u0131yla AKP’li milletvekillerine g\u00f6nderilen duyuruda, “Grup Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca ‘\u00c7er\u00e7eve Kanun Teklifi’ni t\u00fcm milletvekillerimizin eksiksiz imzalamalar\u0131 karar\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Grup Y\u00f6netim Kurulu salonumuzda imzaya a\u00e7\u0131lan teklifi 4 A\u011fustos 2026 Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 17.00’e kadar imzalaman\u0131z gerekmektedir” denildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
