Mikroplastik <\/a>terimi ilk olarak 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda ABD Hava Kuvvetleri Malzeme Laboratuvar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan bir raporda kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Polimer zincirlerinde birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 karbon ve hidrojen atomlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan mikroplastikler, ad\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi olduk\u00e7a k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck plastik par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ap\u0131 be\u015f milimetreden daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan bu maddeler, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bulutlara kadar ula\u015farak hava durumunu ve k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 etkileyebilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikroplastikler; hava, su, toprak, yiyecekler ve hatta insan kan\u0131ndan sonra \u015fimdi de bulutlar\u0131 istila etti. D\u00fcnya’n\u0131n neredeyse her k\u00f6\u015fesine s\u0131zan bu plastik par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131, son olarak Do\u011fu \u00c7in \u00fczerinde ke\u015ffedildi. Yeni bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, bulutlar\u0131n i\u00e7ine kadar giren mikroplastiklerin bulut olu\u015fumunu tetikleyebilece\u011fini ve hava durumunu de\u011fi\u015ftirebilece\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c7in’deki Shandong \u00dcniversitesi’nden bir grup bilim insan\u0131, Do\u011fu \u00c7in’de Tai Da\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n zirvesinden toplad\u0131klar\u0131 28 bulut \u00f6rne\u011finin 24’\u00fcnde mikroplastik tespit etti. Bulunan maddeler aras\u0131nda; sentetik elyaflarda, giysilerde, tekstil \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde, ambalajlarda ve y\u00fcz maskelerinde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan polietilen tereftalat (PET), polipropilen, polietilen ve polistiren gibi plastik t\u00fcrleri yer al\u0131yor. Bulutlarda bu \u015fekilde mikroplastik bulunmas\u0131, hava durumunu ve k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 do\u011frudan etkileme potansiyeline sahip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Environmental Science & Technology Letters dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, “Bu bulgu, bulutlarda bol miktarda mikroplasti\u011fin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair \u00f6nemli kan\u0131tlar sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r,” diyerek durumun ciddiyetini ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Portsmouth \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7evre Kirlili\u011fi Profes\u00f6r\u00fc Fay Couceiro da mikroplastiklerin do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle a\u00e7\u0131klamaktad\u0131r: “Kirlili\u011fin \u00e7o\u011funlukla s\u0131v\u0131 formda oldu\u011funu varsayar\u0131z ancak mikroplastikler fiziksel par\u00e7ac\u0131klar olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in geleneksel kurallara uymazlar. Ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 son derece g\u00fc\u00e7, el de\u011fmemi\u015f da\u011f zirvelerinde bile bu par\u00e7ac\u0131klara rastl\u0131yoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla as\u0131l soru \u015fudur: Oraya nas\u0131l ula\u015f\u0131yorlar?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par\u00e7ac\u0131klar r\u00fczgar ve hava yoluyla ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131yor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bu el de\u011fmemi\u015f b\u00f6lgelerdeki kirlilik, sadece buralar\u0131 ziyaret eden insanlardan kaynaklanm\u0131yor, par\u00e7ac\u0131klar r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve hava yoluyla da buralara ta\u015f\u0131nabiliyor. Nitekim yere daha yak\u0131n ve yo\u011fun olan bulutlardan al\u0131nan numunelerde \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek miktarda mikroplastik tespit edildi. G\u00fcne\u015fin ultraviyole (UV) \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 nedeniyle a\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve eskimi\u015f olan plastiklerin boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, y\u00fczeylerinin ise daha p\u00fcr\u00fczl\u00fc oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Bu y\u0131pranm\u0131\u015f par\u00e7ac\u0131klar; bozulmam\u0131\u015f plastiklere k\u0131yasla daha fazla kur\u015fun, c\u0131va ve oksijen i\u00e7eriyor. Bilim insanlar\u0131, bulutlar\u0131n mikroplastiklerin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirebildi\u011fini ve bu de\u011fi\u015fimin de par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n bulut olu\u015fumunu etkilemesine yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Dr. Couceiro, “Bulut olu\u015fumunun yaln\u0131zca yerel hava durumu \u00fczerinde de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k dengesinde de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etkisi var,” diyerek durumun \u00f6nemini vurguluyor. Bulutlar iklimi pek \u00e7ok y\u00f6nden \u015fekillendirir. K\u00fcresel ya\u011f\u0131\u015f rejimini ve bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc do\u011frudan etkileyen ya\u011fmurlar\u0131 ve kar\u0131 olu\u015ftururlar. G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 engelleyerek D\u00fcnya y\u00fczeyini so\u011futur ve g\u00f6lge sa\u011flarlar. \u00d6te yandan, \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 ve nemi hapsederek havan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na da yol a\u00e7abilirler. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n yazarlar\u0131, mikroplastiklerin hava durumu \u00fczerindeki kesin etkilerini belirlemek i\u00e7in daha fazla bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funu, ancak bu sorunla m\u00fccadele etmek i\u00e7in acilen daha fazla ad\u0131m at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okyanuslardaki plastik at\u0131klardan koparak hava k\u00fctleleriyle ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen bu par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n boyutu \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc seviyelere ula\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7in’deki Tai Da\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n bulut suyunda bulunan mikroplastik yo\u011funlu\u011fu, Japonya’daki da\u011flarda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen miktar\u0131n tam 70 kat\u0131na kadar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
