Ate\u015f, adliyede gazetecilere \u201cBildi\u011fimizi, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc anlataca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liderli\u011fini gazeteci Mehmet Akif Ersoy\u2019un yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen davan\u0131n ilk duru\u015fmas\u0131 bug\u00fcn \u0130stanbul 19. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. Duru\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta bas\u0131na kapal\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilirken, daha sonra bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n salona al\u0131nd\u0131. Ersoy\u2019un da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu tutuklu ve tutuksuz san\u0131klar duru\u015fma salonunda haz\u0131r bulunurken, baz\u0131 san\u0131klar ise SEGB\u0130S arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ersoy \u201ciftiralara\u201d maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etti, savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n iddianamede art niyetli davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Gizli tan\u0131k \u201ckanarya\u201dn\u0131n beyan\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru kabul edildi\u011fini iddia etti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyanlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u0130stanbul 19. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi Heyeti Ba\u015fkan\u0131 verilen ara karar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<br \/>10 ayd\u0131r tutuklu bulunan Ufuk Tetik hakk\u0131nda tahliye karar\u0131 verildi. Mehmet Akif Ersoy ve Mustafa Manaz\u2019\u0131n tutuklulu\u011funun devam\u0131na h\u00fckmedildi.
