Uyar\u0131da \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c1 Kas\u0131m 2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek olan sosyal medyada ya\u015f do\u011frulama d\u00fczenlemesini f\u0131rsat bilen k\u00f6t\u00fc niyetli ki\u015filerin; \u201cHesab\u0131n\u0131z kapat\u0131lacak\u201d, \u201cYa\u015f do\u011frulaman\u0131z\u0131 hemen yap\u0131n\u201d gibi ifadeler i\u00e7eren sahte SMS, e-posta ve sosyal medya ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131yla vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ki\u015fisel ve finansal bilgilerini ele ge\u00e7irmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n dijital ortamda korunmas\u0131n\u0131 ve ki\u015fisel verilerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini esas alan yeni d\u00fczenleme kapsam\u0131nda ya\u015f do\u011frulamas\u0131 yaln\u0131zca e-Devlet Kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden al\u0131nacak \u201cya\u015f do\u011frulama belirteci\u201d ile yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu sistemde sosyal medya platformlar\u0131na hi\u00e7bir kimlik bilgisi aktar\u0131lmamakta; sadece kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lay\u0131p kar\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi iletilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uygulama, 1 Kas\u0131m itibar\u0131yla yaln\u0131zca yeni a\u00e7\u0131lacak hesaplar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olacakt\u0131r. Mevcut sosyal medya hesaplar\u0131 i\u00e7in do\u011frulama s\u00fcresi 31 Mart 2027 tarihine kadar devam edecektir. Ayr\u0131ca on be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f \u00e7ocuklara da ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hizmet sunacak. Bu hizmette \u00e7ocu\u011fun y\u00fcksek yarar\u0131 ile fiziksel, zihinsel, psikolojik, sosyal ve duygusal geli\u015fim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeterek gerekli tedbirleri alacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015f do\u011frulama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde ki\u015fisel verilerin korunmas\u0131 esas olacak ve kimlik tespiti yerine yaln\u0131zca ya\u015f e\u015fi\u011finin belirlenmesine imk\u00e2n tan\u0131yan y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131lacak. Ard\u0131ndan da hizmet sunumunun devam\u0131 s\u00fcresince; kendi belirleyece\u011fi tekli veya katmanl\u0131 ya\u015f do\u011frulama y\u00f6ntemlerini i\u015fletecek. Herhangi bir ayk\u0131r\u0131 kullan\u0131m durumunda sosyal a\u011f sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ilgili hesap ask\u0131ya al\u0131nacak. Hesab\u0131n yeniden kullan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in ya\u015f do\u011frulama belirteci ile ya\u015f do\u011frulamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ya\u015f Do\u011frulama Belirteci<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015f do\u011frulama belirteci, kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n talebi \u00fczerine, e-Devlet Kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden kimlik do\u011frulama yap\u0131larak \u00fcretilecek. Ayr\u0131ca sadece kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n on be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurup doldurmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, on be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f ise on sekiz ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurup doldurmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini i\u00e7erecek. Ya\u015f do\u011frulama belirteci, ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir ki\u015fisel veri ve bilgi i\u00e7ermeyecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015f do\u011frulama belirteci, kullan\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ilgili sosyal a\u011f platformuna y\u00fcklenecek. Sosyal a\u011f sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131, \u00f6ncelikle bunun e-Devlet Kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden olu\u015fturuldu\u011funu teyit edecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>On Be\u015f Ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Doldurmu\u015f \u00c7ocuklara \u00d6zg\u00fc Ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Hizmet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyal a\u011f sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131, on be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f \u00e7ocuklara sunulan i\u00e7erik, reklam ve di\u011fer hizmetlerde;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c7ocu\u011fun y\u00fcksek yarar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zetilmesi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ocu\u011fun fiziksel, psikolojik ve duygusal geli\u015fiminin korunmas\u0131,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ocu\u011fa y\u00f6nelik cinsel istismar ve ticari s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc risklerinin \u00f6nlenmesi,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>hususlar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ki\u015fisel verilerin korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla, y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde gizlilik ayarlar\u0131n\u0131 varsay\u0131lan olarak uygulayacak ve asgari d\u00fczeyde veri i\u015flenmesine olanak tan\u0131yacak. Bu ama\u00e7la s\u00f6z konusu kaynaklara eri\u015femez ve bunlardan elde edilen verileri i\u015fleyemez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ocuk hesab\u0131 ba\u015fka hesaplara, ba\u015fka hesaplar da \u00e7ocu\u011fun hesab\u0131na takip i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilemez. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015fi ileti\u015fim verileri \u00e7ocu\u011fa ait hesapla e\u015fle\u015ftirilemez. \u00c7ocu\u011fa ait hesap bu veriler \u00fczerinden aranamaz, bulunamaz veya \u00f6nerilemez. Aray\u00fcz tasar\u0131m\u0131, varsay\u0131lan ayarlar, bildirim veya tekrarlanan izin talepleri yoluyla bu i\u015flevler etkinle\u015ftirilemez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profil foto\u011fraf\u0131, hesab\u0131, payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ve g\u00f6rsellerinin ba\u015fkalar\u0131nca ekran g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc al\u0131namaz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canl\u0131 yay\u0131n a\u00e7ma \u00f6zelli\u011fine yer verilemez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00f6rsel i\u00e7eriklerin kayd\u0131rma, dokunma, t\u0131klama veya benzeri kullan\u0131c\u0131 hareketleriyle ya da kendili\u011finden ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k olarak sunulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan aray\u00fcz, tasar\u0131m veya i\u015flev sunulamaz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7ocuk hesaplar\u0131 \u00e7ocu\u011fun davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilemez. \u00c7ocu\u011fa ait ki\u015fisel veriler, profilleme veya ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ticari reklam faaliyetlerine konu edilemez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ebeveyn Kontrol Ara\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ebeveyn kontrol ara\u00e7lar\u0131; anne, baba, vasi gibi yasal olarak \u00e7ocuk hakk\u0131nda karar verme yetkisini haiz ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lacak. Bu ara\u00e7la ebeveyn, hesap ve \u00f6zellik ayarlar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol edebilecek. Sat\u0131n alma, kiralama ve \u00fccretli \u00fcyelik gibi i\u015flemler ebeveyn iznine tabi olacak. Ayr\u0131ca ebeveyn bu i\u015flemler i\u00e7in harcama limiti belirleyebilecek. Bu ara\u00e7la \u00e7ocu\u011fun kullan\u0131m s\u00fcresi ve konum payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 izlenebilecek ve s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ebeveyn kontrol ara\u00e7lar\u0131 etkinle\u015ftirildi\u011finde \u00e7ocu\u011fa a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a bildirilecek.
