Mesnevi’nin Hollandaca’ya terc\u00fcmesi ile ilgili bas\u0131na bilgi veren Avrupa T\u00fcrk Demokratlar Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Veyis G\u00fcng\u00f6r, terc\u00fcme karar\u0131n\u0131n, UNESCO’nun Mevlana ve Ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc Y\u0131l\u0131 ilan etti\u011fi 2007’de al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Mevlana ve Ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc Y\u0131l\u0131 kutlamalar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Hollanda’daki 16 sivil toplum kurulu\u015fuyla birlikte, 33 farkl\u0131 etkinlik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini anlatan Birlik Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00fcng\u00f6r, “O sene Hollanda’da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir faaliyette, davetlilere Mesnevi’nin \u0130ngilizcesi’ni da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131k.
