Biraz  d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zaman bu yan\u0131t\u0131n hi\u00e7 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6receksiniz.  Neden? \u0130nsan v\u00fccudunu da, \u00fczerinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gezegeni olu\u015fturan  elementler olu\u015fturur. Ba\u015fka bir deyimle insan v\u00fccudu, genel olarak  canl\u0131, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 olu\u015fturan elementlerden meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Proteinler,  vitaminler, aminoasitler ya da enzimler, karma\u015f\u0131k molek\u00fcl ba\u011f\u0131ndan ba\u015fka  bir \u015fey degildir.<br \/>\nSadece insan v\u00fccudunun de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn canl\u0131lar\u0131n temel yap\u0131 malzemesi olan  su ve tuz ayn\u0131 zamanda her canl\u0131da ya\u015fam\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fini ve  organizman\u0131n do\u011fal ve do\u011fru \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<br \/>\nBundan y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00f6ncesine, Wilhelm Heinrich Sch\u00fcbler (1821-1898) \u00f6l\u00fcleri  yakarak k\u00fcllerini incelemi\u015f ve yanan cesetlerden arta kalan\u0131n yaln\u0131zca  tuz oldu\u011funu ispatlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nTuz ya\u015fam\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131nda ve s\u00fcreklili\u011finin korunmas\u0131nda bu kadar \u00f6nemli  ise, o zaman tuz nedir? Belkide \u00e7o\u011fumuz \u015fimdiye kadar bu soruyu hi\u00e7  sorma ihtiyaci bile duymam\u0131\u015f\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her insan\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz  kullan\u0131m\u0131 o kadar azd\u0131r ki, miktar olarak yok denebilecek d\u00fczeydedir.<br \/>\n\u00c7o\u011fumuz sofram\u0131za gelen tuzun, ger\u00e7ek tuzla hi\u00e7bir ili\u015fkisi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n  fark\u0131nda bile de\u011fildir. Hatta yeni ku\u015fak ger\u00e7ek tuzun ne oldu\u011funu, nas\u0131l  bir tad\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011fu bile bilmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sofram\u0131za gelen  tuz ger\u00e7ek tuz de\u011fildir.<br \/>\nPeki, y\u0131llard\u0131r sofram\u0131zdan eksik olmayan tuz de\u011filse nedir? Bunu  anlayabilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nce tuzun nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011funu ve ger\u00e7ek tuzun ne  oldu\u011funu \u00f6grenelim.<br \/>\nDo\u011fada bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn tuzlar, denizlerin kurumas\u0131yla, denizde bulunan  minerallerin arkaya kalmas\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Denizdeki bu minerallerin  neler oldu\u011funu ve ne miktarda oldu\u011funu tahmin edebilmek o kadar zor  de\u011fildir. Deniz suyunda, d\u00fcnyada bulunan ve su ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilen b\u00fct\u00fcn  elementler vard\u0131r. Milyarlarca y\u0131ld\u0131r, ya\u011fmurlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla d\u00fcnya  y\u00fcz\u00fcnde bulunan ve su ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilen b\u00fct\u00fcn mineraller denizlere  ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tuz deyince, do\u011fadaki hemen hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn  mineralleri i\u00e7eren madde akla gelir. Tabii bu mineraller do\u011fadaki temsil  edildikleri miktarlar oran\u0131nda da, deniz tuzunda vard\u0131r. Bu nedenle  kimi elementler, sodyum ve klor\u00fcr gibi deniz suyunda ve do\u011fal olarak  tuzda olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda temsil edilirken, kalium, kalsiyum,  magnesyum gibi elementler miktar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha azd\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda  tuzda yakla\u015f\u0131k 84 element ve iz elementler mevcuttur.<br \/>\nSofram\u0131zdaki yedi\u011fimiz tuzun tuz olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylerken \u015funu kastediyoruz.  End\u00fcstrile\u015fme ile birlikte, \u00f6zellikle ekonomik sebeplerden dolay\u0131, en  az 84 elemente sahip olan tuz, rafine edilerek sadece sodyum ve klor\u00fcr  elementine indirgenmi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle hemen hemen ger\u00e7ek tuz elimizden  al\u0131narak yerine sodyum klor\u00fcr (NaCl) ile degi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Sodyum klor\u00fcr  ile ger\u00e7ek do\u011fal tuzun tatlar\u0131 ayn\u0131 olmasa da birbirlerine olduk\u00e7a  yak\u0131nd\u0131r. Bu nedenle tuzun rafine edilmesiyle elde edilen Sodyum Klor\u00fcr  kimse fark edememi\u015ftir.Bunun yan\u0131nda, rafine edilmi\u015f tuz, kaya tuzunun  yan\u0131nda oluk\u00e7a beyaz ve temiz g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in, ayn\u0131 zamanda da ucuz  oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, hemen herkes rafine edilmi\u015f tuzu se\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Oysa tuz i\u00e7in  tarihte sava\u015flar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ftr. Alt\u0131nla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen tuz ile bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede  askerlerin ayl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6denmi\u015ftir. Tuz tarihte bu kadar de\u011ferli ve paha\u0131i  iken birden yok pahas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. U\u011fruna sava\u015flar yap\u0131lan tuz, durup  dururken neden bu kadar ucuzlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, yok fiyat\u0131na pazara s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr?  Tuzun bu kadar ayaklar alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmesi hi\u00e7 kimseye garip gelmemi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nAradan seneler ge\u00e7ti, d\u00fcnya sava\u015flar\u0131 bitti, insano\u011flu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 deviren  makineler icat etti, bilim hemen her alanda en parlak noktas\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131i.  Insano\u011flunun bu ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda herkes mest olup kal\u0131rken,  di\u011fer taraftan da, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hemen her taraf\u0131nda insanlar kitlesel olarak  hastalanmaya ba\u015fladi. Ve bilim toplumlar\u0131n kitlesel olara sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n  bozulmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7aresiz oldu\u011funu da inkardan gelemedi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k  sistemlerinin \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131 bir \u00fclkeyle kalmay\u0131p d\u00fcnyay\u0131 sard\u0131.<br \/>\nToplumsal \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tarihte her zaman sistemin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda  d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi becerebilen insanlar yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. I\u015fte kitlelerin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 durduk  yerde bozulurken ve sisteme ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 geleneksel bilim de \u00e7aresizli\u011fini  itiraf edince, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm gene sistemin d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  Yaln\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn bug\u00fcnk\u00fc geleneksel sa\u011fl\u0131k sisteminin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda gelmesi,  bilimsel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmez. Aksine bug\u00fcnk\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131k sisteminde,  sa\u011fli\u0131 sisteminde, sosyal ve ekonomik kayg\u0131lar o kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlara  ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, bilim de bu sistem i\u00e7erisinden sadece toplumsal  zenginli\u011finde ula\u015fman\u0131n bir arac\u0131 hale gelmi\u015ftir. Bilim o kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck  bir \u00e7\u0131kmazdad\u0131r ki, do\u011fadaki \u00e7\u0131plak g\u00f6zle g\u00f6zlemlenebilen en basit  do\u011frular, en basit ger\u00e7ekler bile geleneksel sa\u011flik sistemi taraf\u0131ndan  anla\u015f\u0131lamamakta, \u00e7o\u011funlulukla da inkardan gelinmektedir.<br \/>\nBuna en basit \u00f6rnek toplumun \u00fczerine bir karabasan gibi \u00e7\u00f6ken y\u00fcksek  tansiyondur. V\u00fccudun sahip olu\u011fu su miktar\u0131n\u0131 su ve tuz birlikte  d\u00fczenlerler. Ya\u015fl\u0131 insanlar bu s\u00f6z\u00fc b\u00f6yle ifade edemeseler bile, tuzun  ya\u015fam i\u00e7in \u00f6nemini \u00e7ok iyi bilirler. Hele ki \u00e7\u00f6lde ya\u015fayan halklar,  tuzsuz \u00e7\u00f6lde ya\u015faman\u0131n imkans\u0131z oldugu bilirler. Bug\u00fcn hala daha, g\u00fcney  do\u011fu Anadolu\u0092da hayvanlara sistemli bir \u015fekilde tuz verilir. Bu insanlar  yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 yapamazlar, ancak yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ne  kadar ya\u015famsal \u00f6nemi oldu\u011funu bilirler. I\u015fte belki de okur yazar bile  olmayan bu insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki bilgeli\u011fini, geleneksel bilim,  modernle\u015fme ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda inkardan gelmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla insandaki kan  dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n v\u00fccuttaki su miktar\u0131ndan derinden etkiledi\u011fini  kavrayamazlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bilim her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir mant\u0131ksal de\u011ferler  zinciridir. E\u011fer bu matematiksel mant\u0131k zincirinde halkan\u0131n bir koptu mu  , di\u011fer halkalar\u0131n sebep sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkisi de ortadan kalkar. Yani bilim  temelini kaybetti\u011finden anla\u015f\u0131lmaz hale gelir.<br \/>\nBug\u00fcn geleneksel sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemi, y\u00fcksek tansiyonlu insanlara, hem de  b\u00fcy\u00fck bir histeriyle tuzdan uzak durmalar\u0131n\u0131 tembihlerler. Bu ate\u015fin  \u00fczerine benzin d\u00f6kmekle e\u015f de\u011ferdedir. I\u015fte sistemin bu ba\u011fnaz ve at  g\u00f6zl\u00fckl\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131n\u0131, sadece pharma end\u00fcstrisinin kar h\u0131rs\u0131na ba\u011flamak  do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Sa\u011fl\u0131k sisteminin bu \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131, daha \u00e7ok da insan\u0131n sosyal  karakterinde aramak gerekir.<br \/>\n\u0093Yeni\u0093 her zaman insana bir g\u00fcvensizlik, bir korku verir. \u0093Yeni\u0093\u0092 ye  kar\u015f\u0131 toplumda da ayn\u0131 g\u00fcvensizlik ve korku oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, yeniden yana  olan, toplumda olduk\u00e7a sert, sosyal ve ekonomik yapt\u0131r\u0131mlara u\u011frar. \u0130\u015fte  bu nedenle b\u00fcy\u00fck sosyal de\u011fi\u015fimler hep devrimlerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmek zorunda  kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130sa yeniyi s\u00f6yledi, \u00e7arm\u0131ha gerdiler. Hz. Muhammed (sav)  yeniyi s\u00f6yledi, \u00e7\u00f6le s\u00fcrd\u00fcler. Ama sonra d\u00f6n\u00fcp \u00e7arm\u0131ha gerdiklerine,  s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderdiklerine tap\u0131nmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<br \/>\nDaha sonra bu yenilik\u00e7i fikirlerin etraf\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kar odaklar\u0131 toplan\u0131r,  ba\u015fka bir yeniye tahamm\u00fcl edemezler. \u0130nsanin sosyal karakteri budur.  Bug\u00fcn geleneksel sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemi etraf\u0131nda da bir \u00e7ok \u00e7\u0131kar gruplar\u0131  toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n yeniye tahamm\u00fcl etmelerini beklemek bo\u015funa olur.<br \/>\nB\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar geleneksel bilimin bir\u00e7ok kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131, yeteneklerini  inkar anlam\u0131na gelmiyor. Ancak her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn geleneksel TIP, insan\u0131  iyile\u015ftirebilecek en do\u011fal yollar\u0131 terk edip, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ila\u00e7  sanayinin sunduklar\u0131 alternatiflerde aramaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden geleneksel  TIP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnden uzakla\u015fip, hatta insan\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmeyi bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131p,  insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu haliyle  geleneksel TIP ila\u00e7 end\u00fcstrisinin bir uzvu haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. E\u011fer  bilim kendini, end\u00fcstrinin kar h\u0131rs\u0131ndan kurtarabilir de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak  ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 yapabilirse, tabii ki bilimin kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 ve  yetenekleri daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcyecektir. O zaman d\u00fcnya bug\u00fcnk\u00fcnden daha  sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve daha bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Oysa insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal  yollardan geri kavu\u015fturman\u0131n tarihi hemen hemen insanlik tarihi kadar  eskidir. Bunlar geleneksel TIP taraf\u0131ndan kocakar\u0131 ilac\u0131 olarak  a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nDo\u011fada tuz iki bi\u00e7imde bulunmaktad\u0131r.
