Bunun \u00fczerine Kral’a istifas\u0131n\u0131 sunan Vande Lanotte hala resmi bir cevap bekliyor. Oysa ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalar ve g\u00fcnlerde Kral II Albert taraf\u0131ndan arabulucu olarak g\u00f6revlendirilen Senat\u00f6r Johan Vande Lanotte’n\u00fcn devlet reformu, Br\u00fcksel b\u00f6lgesi belediyeler se\u00e7im b\u00f6lgesi sorunu (BHV) gibi unsurlar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018mutabakat teklifi’nin yedi m\u00fczakereci parti taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rmesine neredeyse kesin g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bak\u0131l\u0131yordu. Teklifin kabul edilmesi halinde ise aylar sonras\u0131nda yedi m\u00fczakereci parti Flaman ve Frankofon H\u0131ristiyan Demokratlar (CD&V ve cdH), Sosyalistler (sp.a ve PS), Ye\u015filler (Groen! ve Ecolo) ve Yeni Flaman \u0130ttifak\u0131 (N-VA) parti temsilcilerini tekrar ayn\u0131 masada toplamas\u0131 bekleniyordu. Hatta bu durumun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi halinde yeni bir h\u00fck\u00fcmetin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n sadece birka\u00e7 hafta alaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc yayg\u0131nd\u0131. Ancak beklenen olmad\u0131. Neredeyse t\u00fcm partiler \u201cevet ama\u2026\u201d veya \u201chay\u0131r ancak\u2026\u201d gibi alg\u0131lanabilecek cevaplarla Vande Lanotte’ye d\u00f6n\u00fcnce Bel\u00e7ika federal politika alan\u0131ndaki z\u0131tla\u015fma tekrar ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f oldu. Zira resmi olarak \u2018evet’ diyen partiler PS, cdH, ecolo, Groen! ve sp.a bile teklifte \u00f6nemli ve temel de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunuyor. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u2018hay\u0131r’ diyen CD&V ve N-VA partileri ise temel de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 halinde teklifin ileriki m\u00fczakerelerde temel al\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve yedili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin ba\u015flayamayaca\u011f\u0131 sinyalini verdi.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6lgelere yetki alan\u0131 aktar\u0131m\u0131, Br\u00fcksel civar\u0131 belediyeler se\u00e7im b\u00f6lgesi sorunu (BHV), Br\u00fcksel b\u00f6lgesinin yeniden finanse edilmesi ve Finans Etme Yasas\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri mevzular\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler i\u00e7eren altm\u0131\u015f sayfal\u0131k teklifte \u00fclkenin hem Flamanca hem de Frans\u0131zca konu\u015fan politikac\u0131lara hitap eden bir\u00e7ok unsurun bulundu\u011fu hususunda herkes hemfikir. Ancak en b\u00fcy\u00fck Flaman partiler CD&V ve N-VA’ya hitap eden b\u00f6lgelere mali \u00f6zerklik ve Br\u00fcksel civar\u0131 belediyeler se\u00e7im b\u00f6lgesinin (BHV) ayr\u0131m\u0131 gibi mevzular \u00f6zellikle PS, Ecolo ve cdH partilerinden \u2018kabul’ g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor. \u00d6te yandan \u00f6zellikle Frans\u0131zca konu\u015fan partiler i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olan ve Vande Lanotte’n\u00fcn uzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir teklif sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 Br\u00fcksel’in yan\u0131 s\u0131ra b\u00f6lgelere yetki alan\u0131 aktar\u0131m\u0131 gibi konularda Flaman liderlerin ciddi tepkisi s\u00f6z konusu. Bu tepkiler sadece resmi bildirilerle kalmay\u0131p bas\u0131n ve medyaya ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f durumda. Vande Lanotte’n\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k iki bu\u00e7uk ayd\u0131r \u00fcstlendi\u011fi g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi esnas\u0131nda gelen s\u00fck\u00fbnet ortam\u0131 da yerini politik sava\u015fa b\u0131rakt\u0131. \u0130stifas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda bir bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen Vande Lanotte hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gizlemeyerek \u2018hay\u0131r’ diyen partilere at\u0131fta bulunarak \u201cBir at\u0131 suya g\u00f6t\u00fcrebilirsiniz ancak suyu i\u00e7mesini sa\u011flayamazs\u0131n\u0131z\u201d \u015feklindeki \u0130ngiliz atas\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Arabulucu Kral’a istifas\u0131n\u0131 sundu ancak istifas\u0131na hen\u00fcz resmi bir cevap verilmedi. Frans\u0131zca konu\u015fan tarafta MR’in m\u00fczakerelere kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in adeta can att\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor ancak Flaman taraf\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmetten \u00e7ekildi\u011fini ifade ederek erken se\u00e7imlerin d\u00fczenlenmesine yol a\u00e7an Open VLD pek hevesli g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor. Open VLD \u00f6nce PS ve N-VA’n\u0131n daha yak\u0131n bir \u00e7izgide bulu\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde.<\/p>\n

Kral’\u0131n da bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede tercih edebilece\u011fi \u00e7e\u015fitli se\u00e7enekleri var.
