\nCihan Haber Ajans\u0131’na a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan Mehmet Kaplan, \u0130sve\u00e7 Parlamentosu’nda bulunan Sosyal Demokratlar\u0131n, H\u0131ristiyan Demokratlar\u0131n, Sol ve Ye\u015filler Partisinin de\u011fi\u015fik d\u00f6nemlerde s\u00f6zde Ermeni soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yasa tekliflerini komisyonlara sunuldu\u011funu aktard\u0131. Kaplan’\u0131n bildirdi\u011fine g\u00f6re; \u0130sve\u00e7 Parlamentosu s\u00f6zde Ermeni soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ile birlikte Pontus Rumlar\u0131n, S\u00fcryanilerin, Asur\u00eelerin ve Keldanilerin de soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor. T\u00fcrk vekile g\u00f6re, \u0130sve\u00e7 Parlamentosu 11 Mart’taki oturumunda Ermeni yasa tasar\u0131s\u0131 ile birlikte s\u00f6z konusu halklar\u0131n da s\u00f6zde soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirecek. <\/p>\n

Meclis komisyonlar\u0131nda bu tekliflerin daha \u00f6nce reddedilmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, yine de \u0130sve\u00e7 Parlamentosu’nda 11 Mart’ta g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclece\u011fini ifade eden Mehmet Kaplan, bu tasar\u0131lar\u0131n meclisten ge\u00e7mesine ihtimal vermedi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. <\/p>\n

Bu t\u00fcr yasa teklifleri konusundaki \u015fahsi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini aktaran Kaplan, bir milleti cani gibi g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00e7ok yanl\u0131\u015f bir giri\u015fim olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Mehmet Kaplan: “\u0130sve\u00e7’te \u015fuan T\u00fcrkler, K\u00fcrtler, S\u00fcryaniler, Asur\u00eeler, Ermeniler bir arada ve karde\u015f\u00e7e ya\u015f\u0131yorlar, 30-40 y\u0131ld\u0131r da bu b\u00f6yle devam ediyor. Bu t\u00fcr yasa teklifleriyle ancak bu toplum i\u00e7ine nifak tohumlar\u0131 ekilmi\u015f olur. Bence b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar yanl\u0131\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131mlar.” ifadesini kulland\u0131. <\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye ile Ermenistan aras\u0131nda yak\u0131nla\u015fman\u0131n g\u00fcndemde oldu\u011fu bir zamanda soyk\u0131r\u0131m iddialar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndeme getirilmesinin yanl\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Kaplan: “Son d\u00f6nemlerde T\u00fcrkiye ile Ermenistan aras\u0131nda geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelmek ve bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131 hi\u00e7e saymak bence hakikaten ac\u0131 bir durumdur. B\u00f6yle bir teklifin olmas\u0131 dahi beni \u00fcz\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye ve Ermenistan, iki \u00fclke olarak kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck meselelerini m\u00fczakerelerle \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, b\u00f6yle tekliflerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmak, ancak yang\u0131na k\u00f6r\u00fckle gitmek olur. Bu, yanl\u0131\u015f bir tutumdur. Parlamento kaynaklar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan bilgiye g\u00f6re, \u0130sve\u00e7 Parlamentosu’na gelen T\u00fcrkiye ile ilgili s\u00f6zde soyk\u0131r\u0131m yasa teklifleri s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u015fu \u015fekilde: <\/p>\n

1- \u0130sve\u00e7li Sosyal Demokratlardan Yunan as\u0131ll\u0131 Nikos Papadopoulos’un 2008\/09:U280 say\u0131l\u0131 yasa teklifi:<\/p>\n

“Pontus Rumlara ve di\u011fer H\u0131ristiyan az\u0131nl\u0131klara “K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Asya’da” (Anadolu) yap\u0131lan soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 kabul etmesi.”<\/p>\n

2- Sol Parti’den Hans Linde’nin teklifiyle; Sol Parti, Ye\u015filler Parti, H\u0131ristiyan Demokratlar, Sosyal Demokratlar ve Liberal Partili baz\u0131 vekillerinin 2008\/09:U332 say\u0131l\u0131 ortak yasa teklifi:<\/p>\n

1915 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ermeni, Asur\u00eelere, S\u00fcryanilere, Keldanilere ve Pontus Rumlar\u0131na yap\u0131lan soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n kabul edilmesi. <\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca \u0130sve\u00e7’in, bu teklifin AB ve BM nezdinde uluslararas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in giri\u015fimlerde bulunmas\u0131 talebi.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye’nin de b\u00fct\u00fcn bu soyk\u0131r\u0131m iddialar\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmesi teklifi. ”<\/p>\n

3- Yunan as\u0131ll\u0131 \u0130sve\u00e7li Sosyal Demokratlar vekili Nikos Papadopoulos’un 2009\/10:U201 say\u0131l\u0131 yasa teklifi:<\/p>\n

“\u0130sve\u00e7 meclisinin “Seyfo”yu yani Ermeni, S\u00fcryani ve Asur\u00ee soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmesi.”<\/p>\n

5- H\u0131ristiyan Demokratlar Parti’den Annelie Enochson’un 2009\/10:U331 say\u0131l\u0131 yasa teklifi:<\/p>\n
