Orta Asya \u00fclkelerinden 2011’de en az y\u00fczde 2 daha fazla do\u011falgaz al\u0131m\u0131 planlayan Gazprom en b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131ya\u011f\u0131 da Azerbaycan’a yapt\u0131. Gazprom CEO’su Aleksey Miller Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti Devlet Petrol \u015eirketi (SOCAR) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Rovnag Abdullayev’la St. Petersburg’da bir araya geldi. 2010’da Azerbaycan’dan 2010’da 1 milyar metrek\u00fcp olan al\u0131m\u0131 2011’de 2 milyar metrek\u00fcpe \u00e7\u0131karma konusunda mutabakat sa\u011flad\u0131. Azeri gaz\u0131ndan kar beklemeyen Gazprom, piyasa fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nerdi.<\/p>\n

Gazprom’dan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada taraflar\u0131n Azerbaycan\u2019dan Rusya\u2019ya do\u011falgaz sa\u011flanmas\u0131 konusundaki i\u015fbirli\u011finin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n son derece olumlu oldu\u011fu konusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f birli\u011fine vard\u0131klar\u0131 belirtildi. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme s\u0131ras\u0131nda Rusya\u2019ya yap\u0131lan gaz sevkiyat\u0131n\u0131n Azeri gaz\u0131 i\u00e7in en g\u00fcvenilir ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir rotay\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funa da vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Gazprom ve SOCAR ayr\u0131ca do\u011falgaz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda, 3 Eyl\u00fcl 2010\u2019da yap\u0131lan kontrata binaen, sat\u0131n al\u0131nan miktar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karma konusunda anla\u015ft\u0131. Taraflar Azerbaycan\u2019dan sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak do\u011falgaz\u0131n petrol sepetine dayal\u0131 bir fiyat form\u00fcl\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131, ancak uzun vadede sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak miktar konusunda s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rma yap\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f birli\u011fine vard\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme sonras\u0131nda Miller ve Abdullayev, Gazprom ve SOCAR aras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011finin iki \u00fclke i\u00e7in de stratejik olarak \u00f6nemli bir alanda geli\u015fti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Miller, “Azerbaycan ve Rusya aras\u0131nda do\u011falgaz alan\u0131nda i\u015fbirli\u011fi iki \u00fclke i\u00e7in de ticari olarak en yararl\u0131 se\u00e7enek. Gazprom i\u00e7in, bug\u00fcne dek Bak\u00fc\u2019deki ortaklar\u0131m\u0131zla anla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman dilimi boyunca daha fazla Azeri gaz\u0131 almam\u0131z noktas\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir k\u0131s\u0131t bulunmamakta. Azerbaycan, Hazar Denizi\u2019nin Azerbaycan\u2019a ait olan k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan ve 1,2 trilyon metrek\u00fcp tahmini rezerve sahip olan \u015eah Deniz sahas\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere 1,5 trilyon metrek\u00fcp seviyesinde kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f rezerve sahip.
