Basamak Dal Hastanesi stat\u00fcs\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sadece iki onkoloji hastanesi oldu\u011funu belirten Fevzi Harorlu, e\u011fitim ara\u015ft\u0131rma hastanesi olmamalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen verdikleri hizmet kalitesi ile bu stat\u00fcy\u00fc almaya hak kazand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Hastanenin 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda TSE-ISO-EN 9000 kalite belgesini almaya hak kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kanser konusunda hizmet veren t\u00fcm e\u011fitim ara\u015ft\u0131rma hastaneleri ve t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesi hastaneleri de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere s\u0131ralama yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, hastanemiz, g\u00fcnl\u00fck kemoterapi say\u0131s\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye birincisi, y\u0131ll\u0131k radyoterapi yap\u0131lan hasta say\u0131s\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk be\u015fte. Y\u0131ll\u0131k yeni kanser tan\u0131s\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f hasta ba\u015fvurusunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk be\u015fte, cihaz ba\u015f\u0131na radyoterapide (\u0131\u015f\u0131n tedavisi) T\u00fcrkiye birincisi, tomoterapi tedavisinde T\u00fcrkiye birincisi durumundad\u0131r. Hastanemiz 300 yatak say\u0131s\u0131 ve sadece yakla\u015f\u0131k 18 bin metrekare kapal\u0131 alana sahip olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, yatak say\u0131lar\u0131 bin civar\u0131nda olan ve bize g\u00f6re kat kat fazla fiziki mek\u00e2na sahip e\u011fitim ara\u015ft\u0131rma hastaneleri ve t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesi hastaneleri gibi doktor ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli say\u0131s\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan hastanemizle k\u0131yaslanamayacak kadar elemana sahip olan hastanelerden \u00e7ok daha fazla hizmet \u00fcretmektedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8220;TOMOTHERAPY C\u0130ZAHI AVRUPA\u2019DA \u0130K\u0130 \u00dcLKEDE VAR&#8221;<br \/>\nAvrupa\u2019da sadece iki \u00fclkede, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fc\u00e7 hastanede ve d\u00fcnyada sadece 200 adet olan \u2018Tomotherapy\u2019 cihaz\u0131n\u0131 Bursa\u2019ya kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Ba\u015fhekim Harorlu, \u201cHastanemiz tan\u0131 ve tedavide kullan\u0131lan cihazlar\u0131n, uygulanan tedavi metotlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ve d\u00fcnya standartlar\u0131na uygun y\u00fcksek teknolojiyi yakalamas\u0131 ile de di\u011fer merkezlerle yar\u0131\u015f halinde bulunmaktad\u0131r. Onkoloji Hastanesi \u015fu anda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc, d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde 200 cihazdan bir tanesi olan y\u00fcksek teknolojik \u00f6zelliklere sahip \u2018Tomotherapy\u2019 cihaz\u0131n\u0131 hastalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine sunmakla yine bir ilki ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Harorlu, \u2018Tomotherapy\u2019 cihaz\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle anlatt\u0131: \u201cRadyoterapi y\u00fcksek enerjili \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar kullan\u0131larak t\u00fcm\u00f6rl\u00fc b\u00f6lgeyi tedavi etmeyi ancak t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7evresindeki sa\u011flam dokular\u0131 korumay\u0131 hedefleyen lokal bir tedavi \u015feklidir. T\u00fcm\u00f6rl\u00fc b\u00f6lgelerin etraf\u0131ndaki riskli organlar\u0131 korumak radyoterapi tekniklerinde her zaman m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak Tomotherapy son 35 y\u0131l\u0131n en heyecan verici geli\u015fmelerinden biridir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Tomotherapy cihaz\u0131 ile tedavi edilmesi gereken t\u00fcm\u00f6r b\u00f6lgesine en y\u00fcksek \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc doz verilebilirken t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn etraf\u0131ndaki sa\u011flam dokular maksimum \u015fekilde korunur. Bu klasik radyoterapi teknikleri ile ba\u015far\u0131labilecek bir i\u015flem de\u011fildir. Tomotherapy, ba\u015f-boyun t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri, akci\u011fer zar\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri, prostat-mesane t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri gibi \u00e7evre dokuyu mutlaka korumak gereken t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerde kullan\u0131labilen \u00e7ok ileri bir tedavi \u015feklidir. \u00dcstelik &#8216;Tomotherapy&#8217; \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir alan\u0131 tek seferde tedavi imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011fl\u0131yor ve b\u00f6ylece tedavi s\u00fcresini de k\u0131salt\u0131yor. Bu cihazda klasik radyoterapi cihazlar\u0131nda uygulanamayan ayn\u0131 anda farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde yer alan t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin tedavisi yap\u0131labildi\u011fi gibi tek seferde t\u00fcm v\u00fccut \u0131\u015f\u0131nlamas\u0131 gibi geni\u015f ve b\u00fcy\u00fck alanlar\u0131n tedavisi de yap\u0131labilmektedir. Di\u011fer radyoterapi teknikleri ile en fazla 40 santimetre boyutunda alan \u0131\u015f\u0131nlanabilirken &#8216;Tomotherapy&#8217; cihaz\u0131 ile 160 santimetreye ula\u015fan alanlar tedavi edilebilmektedir.
