Ayr\u0131 yetki verirseniz i\u015fte b\u00f6yle olur.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kimse Yok Mu Derne\u011fi\u2019nin Mamak\u2019taki \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi Lojistik Merkezi\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131lan G\u00f6k\u00e7ek, patlamalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00fcndeme gelen OSB denetimleriyle ilgili gazetecilerin sorular\u0131n\u0131 cevaplad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">G\u00f6k\u00e7ek, patlamalarda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden vatanda\u015flar\u0131 verecekleri ev vaadine ili\u015fkin, \u201c\u015eu anda 19 vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Bunlar\u0131n ekseriyeti ise evli ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 olan insanlar. \u00c7ok fakir aileler genelde. Allah kimsenin ba\u015f\u0131na vermesin. B\u00f6yle insanlara sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak hepimizin g\u00f6revidir. Belediye Meclisi\u2019nden bu y\u00f6nde karar al\u0131p bu vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za birer ev vermeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">G\u00f6k\u00e7ek, ya\u015fanan patlamalar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebinin denetimsizlik oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinde ruhsatland\u0131rma ve di\u011fer denetimlerin do\u011frudan kendileri taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten G\u00f6k\u00e7ek, \u201cHer g\u00fcn y\u00fcz y\u00fcze olan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir camian\u0131n birbirleri hakk\u0131nda i\u015flem yapmalar\u0131 fiziken m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Onun i\u00e7in burada denetim maalesef s\u0131f\u0131r. Buradaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun da denetimsizlik. B\u00fct\u00fcn altyap\u0131 ve denetimde hi\u00e7bir yetkimiz yok. Yard\u0131mc\u0131 olam\u0131yoruz.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">OST\u0130M\u2019de ka\u00e7ak mazot \u00fcretimi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddias\u0131n\u0131 yineleyen G\u00f6k\u00e7ek, \u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde boya \u00fcreticileri bu ruhsat\u0131 ald\u0131ktan sonra solvent yetkisi al\u0131yorlar. Boya ve tiner \u00fcretece\u011fi yerde solventle ya\u011f\u0131 inceltip bir liraya al\u0131p 2.5 liraya sat\u0131yor. Bu meslek haline getirilmi\u015f baz\u0131 ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir kere b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bozan bir durumdur. Belediye yetkileri ayr\u0131 elli yere da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmaz. Bir elde olur.
