Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k-Stress Azaltma Tabanl\u0131 (MBSR) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in egzersizler \u00f6\u011freniliyor ve sekiz hafta s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Egzersizler bir g\u00fcn boyunca\u00a0 zihin-beden taramas\u0131, dingin yoga ve meditasyonda oturmay\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, Genel Massachusetts hastanesi (MGH), Massachusetts \u00dcniversitesi ve Almanya\u2019daki Giessen \u00dcniversitesinden Stres azaltmak i\u00e7in e\u011fitimlere kay\u0131t olan(MBSR) ki\u015filerden toplam 16 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 se\u00e7tiler.<\/p>\n

Beyinlerinin Anatomik manyetik rezonans\u00a0 (MR) resimleri programdan \u00f6nce ve sonra \u00e7ekilerek meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fimler meditasyon yapmayan 17 ki\u015fi ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Sekiz hafta boyunca, MBSR kursuna kat\u0131lan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n gri madde konsantrasyonlar\u0131, beynin \u00f6\u011frenme ,haf\u0131za, duygu, \u00f6zg\u00f6nderimsel prosesi ve bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkili olarak de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n
