Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede 21 Aral\u0131k 2010 tarihli \u201c2011 Y\u0131l\u0131 Para ve Kur Politikas\u0131\u201d duyurusunda belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere d\u00f6viz rezervi birikimine 1 Ocak 2011 tarihinden itibaren g\u00fcnl\u00fck 50 milyon ABD dolar\u0131 sat\u0131n al\u0131narak devam edilmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu duyuruda ihalelerin as\u0131l olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanan y\u0131ll\u0131k program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi esas al\u0131nsa da, d\u00f6viz arz\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler olmas\u0131 durumunda \u00f6nceden duyurularak ihale programlar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131labilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. Nitekim sermaye ak\u0131mlar\u0131nda g\u00f6zlenen yava\u015flama dikkate al\u0131narak, g\u00fcnl\u00fck d\u00f6viz ihalelerinde al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak tutar 31 May\u0131s 2011 tarihinden itibaren 50 milyon ABD dolar\u0131ndan 40 milyon ABD dolar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">May\u0131s 2011 tarihli Finansal \u0130stikrar Raporunda, geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelere sermaye ak\u0131mlar\u0131nda zay\u0131flaman\u0131n devam etmesi halinde, g\u00fcnl\u00fck d\u00f6viz al\u0131m ihalelerinde al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak tutar\u0131n kademeli olarak azalt\u0131lmaya devam edilebilece\u011fi, b\u00f6yle bir durumda piyasaya bu kanaldan arz edilecek T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 likidite tutar\u0131 da azalaca\u011f\u0131ndan kredi b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 2011 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda zorunlu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k oranlar\u0131nda ilave art\u0131\u015flara duyulabilecek ihtiyac\u0131n azalaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son d\u00f6nemde baz\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkelerinin kamu bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fine ve\u00a0global\u00a0b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye ili\u015fkin endi\u015felerin artmas\u0131 risk i\u015ftah\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkilemeye ve \u00fclkemizin de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelere y\u00f6nelik sermaye ak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 zay\u0131flatmaya devam etmektedir. Bu durum dikkate al\u0131narak, 1 Ekim 2010 tarih,\u00a02010-55\u00a0say\u0131l\u0131 bas\u0131n duyurusu ile kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015f olan esnek d\u00f6viz al\u0131m ihale y\u00f6ntemi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde g\u00fcnl\u00fck d\u00f6viz ihalelerinde al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak tutar bug\u00fcnden itibaren 40 milyon ABD dolar\u0131ndan 30 milyon ABD dolar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00f6viz al\u0131m ihalelerine ili\u015fkin program\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde d\u00f6viz piyasas\u0131 likidite geli\u015fmeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tekrar de\u011ferlendirilebilecek, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ihale tutarlar\u0131nda \u00f6nceden duyurularak her iki y\u00f6nde de de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131labilece\u011fi gibi, gerek duyulursa ihalelere k\u0131sa ya da uzun s\u00fcreli olarak ara verilebilecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T.C.
