T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan \u00e7ok emekli maa\u015f\u0131  alanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 il say\u0131s\u0131 giderek art\u0131yor. 143 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n  bulundu\u011fu Zonguldak&#8217;ta 142 bin emekli bulunuyor. Bart\u0131n&#8217;da ise 41 bin  emekliye kar\u015f\u0131n sadece 35 bin sigorta \u00f6deyen ya\u015f\u0131yor. Yine bir Bat\u0131  Karadeniz \u015fehri Karab\u00fck 44 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana kar\u015f\u0131n 47 bin emeklisiyle dikkat  \u00e7ekiyor. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n en gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusuna sahip olan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de devletten  emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 alanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 9 milyonu a\u015farken, bu rakam 100&#8217;den  fazla \u00fclkenin n\u00fcfusunu geride b\u0131rakt\u0131. Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu emeklilere  1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 60 milyar\u0131n \u00fczerinde maa\u015f \u00f6d\u00fcyor. Art\u0131\u015fa g\u00f6re emekli  say\u0131s\u0131 2015 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 10 milyonu a\u015facak. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> T\u00fcrkiye, n\u00fcfusunun y\u00fczde 25&#8217;i 15, y\u00fczde 93&#8217;\u00fc ise 64 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda  bulunmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan n\u00fcfus ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen emekli say\u0131s\u0131nda OECD  \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131nda en k\u00f6t\u00fc durumda yer al\u0131yor. Gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusun y\u00fcksekli\u011fine  kar\u015f\u0131n S\u00fcleyman Demirel&#8217;in ba\u015fbakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan 38-40&#8217;l\u0131  ya\u015flarda emeklilik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan-emekli dengesini bozdu. D\u00fcnyada emekliye maa\u015f  \u00f6denebilmesi i\u00e7in her 1 emekliye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k 4 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 normal  kabul ediliyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 1 emekliye d\u00fc\u015fen sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131  1,82 ki\u015fide kal\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan-emekli dengesinin gelecekte \u00e7ok daha fazla  bozulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan 65 ya\u015f\u0131nda emeklili\u011fin 30 y\u0131l  sonra etkide bulunaca\u011f\u0131 kaydediliyor. K\u0131sa ve orta vadede \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak  ise kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi, i\u015fsizli\u011fin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye  ediliyor. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a>EMEKL\u0130Y\u0130 ANKARA VE \u0130STANBUL BESL\u0130YOR<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a>\u0130stanbul \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n en fazla ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iller s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda ba\u015fta  geliyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en kalabal\u0131k \u015fehrinde 3 milyon 570 bin 468 i\u015f\u00e7i  \u00fczerinden sigorta yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu ilde 1 milyon 783 bin 735 emekli ise  ayl\u0131k al\u0131yor. Memur \u015fehri imaj\u0131yla bilinen Ankara&#8217;da da 1 milyon 373 bin  887 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bulunuyor. Bunlar\u0131n 849 bini SSK sigortal\u0131s\u0131yken 345 bini  memur. Ba\u015fkent&#8217;te ya\u015fayan emekli say\u0131s\u0131 ise 745 bin 764. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> Sahil kentlerinde emeklilik keyfi ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n bol olmas\u0131  beklenirken, bir zamanlar\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i \u015fehirleri \u015fimdi emeklinin ba\u015fkenti  olmu\u015f durumda. Bart\u0131n, Sinop, Karab\u00fck ve Zonguldak gibi illerde emekli  say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. \tT\u00fcrkiye Emekliler Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kaz\u0131m  Erg\u00fcn durumu \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle \u00f6zetliyor: &#8220;Eme\u011fin ba\u015fkenti Zonguldak&#8217;t\u0131. \u015eimdi  emeklinin ba\u015fkenti Zonguldak oldu. Zonguldak&#8217;\u0131n 142 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, 140  bin emeklisi var.
