Mu\u015f’un Bulan\u0131k il\u00e7esinde, 15 Aral\u0131k 2009’da DTP’nin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 protesto eden grubun, i\u015fyerini ve arabas\u0131n\u0131 yakmak istemesi \u00fczerine, a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 ate\u015f sonucu 2 ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, 4 ki\u015finin de yaralanmas\u0131na neden olmaktan tutuklanan 2 ki\u015finin g\u00fcvenlik nedeniyle Samsun’da g\u00f6r\u00fclen davas\u0131n\u0131 izleyen, kapat\u0131lan DTP’nin eski Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet T\u00fcrk, adliye \u00f6n\u00fcnde yumruklu sald\u0131r\u0131ya u\u011frad\u0131.<\/a><\/p>\n

Dava ile ilgili adliye \u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan T\u00fcrk’e, g\u00fcvenlik \u00e7emberi i\u00e7ine giren \u0130smail \u00c7elik (27) isimli \u015fapkal\u0131 bir \u015fah\u0131s yumruklu sald\u0131r\u0131da bulundu. T\u00fcrk’\u00fcn korumas\u0131 ve \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn sald\u0131rgana kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermesi \u00fczerine arbede ya\u015fand\u0131. \u00c7elik, Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ter\u00f6rle M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc elemanlar\u0131nca g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/a><\/p>\n

Mahkeme \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 adliye \u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan Ahmet T\u00fcrk, tek isteklerinin adil bir yarg\u0131lanman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/a><\/p>\n

Daha \u00f6nceki olaylarda da dosyalar\u0131n ba\u015fka yerlere nakledildi\u011fini belirten T\u00fcrk, “Mu\u015f’ta da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flayacak imkan varken, adeta davan\u0131n seyrini de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik bir gayretin i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Adil bir yarg\u0131lanman\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. E\u011fer adil bir yarg\u0131lama olmazsa, ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunacak bir yarg\u0131lama olmazsa bu i\u015fin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcyece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fcyoruz. Demokratik bir tepki kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hi\u00e7 g\u00f6revi yokken, b\u00f6yle birinin kale\u015fnikof kullanarak cinayet i\u015flemesi gereksizdi. Sonu\u00e7 olarak adil ve tarafs\u0131z bir yarg\u0131laman\u0131n beklentisindeyiz.” dedi.<\/a><\/p>\n

BDP Mu\u015f Milletvekili S\u0131rr\u0131 Sak\u0131k ise polislerin \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fcyerek, “Siz bu su\u00e7un katili ve muhatab\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.” dedi. Olaydan Samsun Valisi ve Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc sorumlu tutan Sak\u0131k, “Bunun hesab\u0131n\u0131 soraca\u011f\u0131z. Bizim muhatab\u0131m\u0131z \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 ve Ba\u015fbakand\u0131r.” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/a><\/p>\n

Davada \u00f6len ailelerin avukatlar\u0131 ise ‘herkes bunun hesab\u0131n\u0131 verecek’ diyerek tepki g\u00f6sterdi. Yumruk darbesinden sonra olay yerinden h\u0131zla ayr\u0131lan Ahmet T\u00fcrk ve di\u011fer milletvekillerinin ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ise polis kontrol\u00fcnde Ankara’ya hareket etti.
