Bu istifalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan istifa etmeyen tek ve en y\u00fcksek t\u00fcrbeli Kuvvet Komutan\u0131 olan Jandarma Kuvvet Komutan\u0131 Necdet \u00d6zel Genel Kurmay Ba\u015fkanvekili oldu.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zel’in bug\u00fcn itibariyle Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revinden istifa eden Orgeneral I\u015f\u0131k Ko\u015faner g\u00f6revini b\u0131rak\u0131rken bir veda mesaj\u0131 yay\u0131nlad\u0131. Ko\u015faner mesaj\u0131nda, “\u015eu anda 173\u2018\u00fc muvazzaf, 77\u2018si emekli olmak \u00fczere 250 general-amiral, subay, astsubay ve uzman jandarma \u00e7avu\u015f, h\u00fcrriyetlerinden yoksun olarak tutuklu bulunmaktad\u0131r. Tutuklamalar\u0131n evrensel hukuk kaidelerine, hakka, adalete ve vicdani de\u011ferlere uygun olarak yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmek, bir \u00e7ok hukuk\u00e7unun da ifade etti\u011fi gibi, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu durum, bir \u00e7ok defa yetkili makamlara iletilmesine, anlat\u0131lmas\u0131na ve takip edilmesine ra\u011fmen soruna yasal \u00e7er\u00e7evede bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Soru\u015fturma ve uzun s\u00fcreli tutuklamalar\u0131n bir amac\u0131n\u0131n da TSK\u2018n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli g\u00fcndemde tutularak kamuoyunda bir su\u00e7 te\u015fkilat\u0131 oldu\u011fu izleniminin yarat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, bunu f\u0131rsat bilen yanl\u0131 medyan\u0131n da her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yalan haber, iftira ve su\u00e7lamalarla y\u00fcce ulusumuzu kendi silahl\u0131 kuvvetlerine kar\u015f\u0131 tav\u0131r almaya te\u015fvik etti\u011fi dikkatlerden ka\u00e7mamaktad\u0131r.
