Teklifin sahibi AK Parti, 23 Nisan hari\u00e7  di\u011fer g\u00fcnlerde yo\u011fun mesai yaparak tasla\u011f\u0131 Meclis&#8217;ten ge\u00e7irmeyi  planl\u0131yor. Referandum s\u00f6z konusu olursa, en erken tarih haziran sonu,  temmuz ba\u015f\u0131 olarak hedefleniyor. Ba\u015fbakan d\u00e2hil b\u00fct\u00fcn bakanlar,  milletvekilleri programlar\u0131n\u0131 anayasa g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine g\u00f6re belirledi. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> 1982 Anayasas\u0131&#8217;nda yap\u0131lacak en geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklerden biri  olan Anayasa de\u011fi\u015fiklik paketi, Anayasa Komisyonu&#8217;ndan ge\u00e7erek Genel  Kurul a\u015famas\u0131na geldi. CHP ve MHP teklife kar\u015f\u0131 imza att\u0131. CHP&#8217;nin &#8216;3  konuyu ay\u0131ral\u0131m \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131s\u0131&#8217; iktidardan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmad\u0131. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> Genel Kurul&#8217;daki takvim ise \u015f\u00f6yle i\u015fleyecek: &#8220;Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc  Meclis&#8217;in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerini belirlemek \u00fczere Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu toplanacak.  Kurulda uzla\u015fma \u00e7\u0131kmazsa, \u00f6neriler Genel Kurul&#8217;un onay\u0131na sunulacak.  \u0130lk turda teklifin t\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131lacak. AK Parti  kurmaylar\u0131 pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc teklifin t\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerindeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin  tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyor. Daha sonra maddelere ge\u00e7ilecek ve her madde tek  tek oylanacak. Maddelerin kabul edilmesi i\u00e7in en az 330 oy gerekiyor.  \u0130ktidar partisinin hesab\u0131na g\u00f6re Meclis, her g\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 ile 11 saat  \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Bir madde ortalama \u00fc\u00e7 saatte g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecek. Bir g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde  4 maddenin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclerek oylanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere 23 Nisan kutlamalar\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir g\u00fcn ara verilecek.  Daha sonraki g\u00fcnlerde hafta sonu d\u00e2hil Genel Kurul saat 13.00&#8217;te  \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flayacak, ilgili madde bitimine kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. \u0130lk tur  g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ikinci tur oylamalara  ge\u00e7ilebilecek. Her madde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinde 7 \u00f6nerge verilebilecek. \u0130kinci  turda da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde 330 say\u0131s\u0131 aranacak. 330 ile 367 aras\u0131ndaki  rakamlarda  referanduma gidecek.
