T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk r\u00fczgar santrali Demirer Holding\u2019in \u0130zmir\u2019in \u00c7e\u015fme Germiyan b\u00f6lgesinde kurdu\u011fu santraldir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131yla ilgili ilk\u00a0 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 Kanun\u2019u \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; bu kanunla devletin belirli bir fiyattan al\u0131m garantisinden vaz ge\u00e7mesi zaten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede olan r\u00fczgar enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 durdurmu\u015ftur. Bu a\u015famada \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kendi enerjisini \u00fcretmek amac\u0131yla az say\u0131da projeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u00fczgar enerjisinin \u00f6neminin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00fczerine resmi olarak ilk ciddi giri\u015fim 2005\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131 Kanunu&#8217;yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tarihten sonra EPDK\u2019ya (Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu)r\u00fczgar enerjisine dayal\u0131 \u00fcretim tesisi kurmak i\u00e7in yo\u011fun ba\u015fvurular olmu\u015f ve uygun olanlar se\u00e7ilerek \u00a0yap\u0131m\u0131na izin verilmi\u015ftir. Bu kanundan sonra \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde ciddi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f Band\u0131rma, \u00c7e\u015fme Yar\u0131madas\u0131, Hatay, Manisa ve \u00c7anakkale\u2019de\u00a0 santraller kurulmu\u015ftur. Halen \u00fclkemizde 13 RES santralinde elektrik \u00fcretimi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye r\u00fczgar potansiyeli y\u00fcksek \u00fclkelerin aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Avrupa parlamentosunun belirledi\u011fi r\u00fczgar endeksinde Danimarka 100, \u0130ngiltere 2800, T\u00fcrkiye 2000 birim \u00fczerinden \u00f6l\u00e7eklendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">A\u011fao\u011flu \u015eirketler Grubu Yeni RES A\u00e7\u0131yor<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dclkemizde r\u00fczgar enerjisine dayal\u0131 enerji \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nde gelen firmalardan birisi de A\u011fao\u011flu \u015eirketler Grubu. \u015eirket en son yap\u0131lan ihale ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bug\u00fcne kadar r\u00fczgar yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in kilovat saatine (kWh) verilen en y\u00fcksek bedel olan 5.55 kuru\u015f ile iki yeni RES projesi kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu. Grup G\u00f6k\u00e7eada ve Tal\u0131p\u0131nar RES projelerini kazanarak, portf\u00f6y\u00fcne eklemi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00f6k\u00e7eada RES<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00f6k\u00e7eada\u2019da RES 78 MW \u00fcretim kapasitesi ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yan\u0131nda D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n da en verimli r\u00fczgar tesisi s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda yer alaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.Proje ile,\u00fcretilen enerji 30 km uzunlu\u011fundaki y\u00fcksek gerilimli yer alt\u0131 kablosu ile G\u00f6k\u00e7eada\u2019y\u0131 Ankara\u2019ya ba\u011flanacak ve y\u0131ll\u0131k 376 milyon kWh elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tatl\u0131p\u0131nar RES<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin r\u00fczgar potansiyeli y\u00f6n\u00fcnden en verimli b\u00f6lgelerinden biri olan Balkesir\u2019de a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan Tatl\u0131p\u0131nar RES ise 125MW \u00fcretim kapasitesi ile y\u0131ll\u0131k 427milyon kWh elektrik \u00fcretecek. \u015eirket toplam 680 milyon TL yat\u0131r\u0131m yaparak hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fi her iki RES projelesini 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u011fao\u011flu \u015eirketler Grubu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali A\u011fao\u011flu, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada grup olarak enerjide agresif b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam edeceklerini belirtti. Hedeflerinin 2015 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 1.000 MW kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015fmak oldu\u011funu belirterek T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 1.600 MW\u2019l\u0131k kapasitenin art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstlenerek 492 MW\u2019l\u0131k g\u00fcce eri\u015ftiklerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.
