Sivastopol  kentinde bulunan ve 2017&#8217;de s\u00fcresi dolacak Rus \u00fcss\u00fcne ek 25 y\u0131l daha  s\u00fcre veren Yanukovi\u00e7, Rusya&#8217;dan da do\u011falgazda y\u00fczde 30&#8217;luk indirim ald\u0131.  On y\u0131ll\u0131k anla\u015fmaya g\u00f6re, Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n Ukrayna&#8217;ya toplam 40 milyar  dolarl\u0131k bir indirim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydediliyor.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> Son iki ayda be\u015finci kez bir araya gelen Medvedev ve Yanukovi\u00e7  askeri \u00fcsle ilgili anla\u015fmay\u0131 parafe etti. 2017&#8217;de s\u00fcresi dolacak askeri  \u00fcs i\u00e7in Ukrayna Rusya&#8217;ya ek 25 y\u0131l daha verdi. S\u00fcre dolumundan itibaren  de taraflar\u0131n itiraz etmemeleri durumunda 5 y\u0131l d\u00f6nemlerle s\u00fcre  uzat\u0131labilecek. B\u00f6ylece eski Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Viktor Yu\u015f\u00e7enko&#8217;n\u0131n  bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fi \u00fcsle ilgili sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc. Stratejik \u00f6neme sahip  Karadeniz&#8217;deki askeri varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 uzun d\u00f6nemde per\u00e7inleyen Moskova,  do\u011falgaz anla\u015fmas\u0131nda kesenin a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> B\u00f6lge g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00fcss\u00fcn \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Medvedev, \u00fcss\u00fcn  bulundu\u011fu Sivastopol kentinin sosyo ekonomik yap\u0131s\u0131na sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131ya  dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ortak bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda Medvedev Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n askeri \u00fcsse  ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu, do\u011falgaz alan\u0131nda imzalanan anla\u015fma ile de stratejik  ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir ad\u0131m \u00f6teye ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Yanukovi\u00e7 de Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n  yeni &#8216;Avrupa G\u00fcvenlik Anla\u015fmas\u0131&#8217; teklifine destek verdiklerini ifade  etti.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> AVRUPA SEVKIYATINDA SORUN KALMADI<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> Rusya Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dmitri Medvedev, Ukrayna&#8217;ya verilen do\u011falgazda  bin metrek\u00fcp i\u00e7in 100 dolar indirime gittiklerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n  ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011finde 330 dolar olmas\u0131 beklenen do\u011falgaz rakam\u0131 230 dolar  olacak. \u0130ndirim, fiyatlar\u0131n 330 dolar\u0131 a\u015fmas\u0131 durumunda 100 dolarla  s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olacak. Y\u00fczde 30&#8217;luk indirim anlam\u0131na gelen yeni rakamlar Nisan  ay\u0131ndan itibaren ge\u00e7erli olacak. Ukrayna Rusya&#8217;dan 2010&#8217;da 30, sonraki  y\u0131llarda da 40 milyar metrek\u00fcpl\u00fck al\u0131m i\u00e7in indirim alacak. Almad\u0131\u011f\u0131  do\u011falgaz i\u00e7in ceza uygulamas\u0131 ise Kiev i\u00e7in tamam\u0131 ile kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n dev enerji \u015firketi Gazprom ve Ukrayna enerji \u015firketi  Naftogaz&#8217;\u0131n imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 2019 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ge\u00e7erli olacak yeni anla\u015fma,  do\u011falgaz transit \u00fccretlerini de i\u00e7eriyor. B\u00f6ylece Kiev&#8217;i fazlas\u0131 ile  memnun eden yeni rakamlar her y\u0131l Avrupa sevk\u0131yat\u0131n\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131 ile  sonu\u00e7lanan do\u011falgaz krizlerinin de sonu anlam\u0131na geliyor. Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n  Sovyet d\u00f6neminden kalma do\u011falgaz alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmesi  \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda da Rusya aktif olarak yer alacak.
