Cumhuriyet  Halk Partisi (CHP), Bar\u0131\u015f ve Demokrasi Partisi (BDP) ve Demokratik Sol  Parti (DSP)&#8217;nin kat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 oylama sonucunda AK Parti ile Milliyet\u00e7i  Hareket Partisi(MHP)&#8217;nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra baz\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z milletvekilleri oy  kulland\u0131. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a> Buna g\u00f6re, toplam 406 milletvekilinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 oylamada 9. madde  334 oyla kabul edildi. Oylamada 70 milletvekili ise ret oyu verdi.  Oylamada bo\u015f ve ge\u00e7ersiz oy \u00e7\u0131kmazken, 2 \u00e7ekimser oy kullan\u0131ld\u0131.
