Kurtar\u0131lanlardan ikisinin Rus birisinin \u00d6zbek as\u0131ll\u0131 oldu\u011fu  belirtilirken, \u00f6lenlerin ise ikisinin Rus ve birisinin Bulgar uyruklu  oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a>D\u00f6rt motorlu An-12 u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 eski Sovyetler Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan 1950  y\u0131llarda tasarland\u0131 ve ilk deneme u\u00e7u\u015funu 1957&#8217;de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.  1957&#8217;den \u00fcretimin sonland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 1973&#8217;e kadar bin 248 An-2 u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131  modifiye edilerek \u00fcretildi.
