Papandreu, &#8220;Bunun ulusal ve  acil bir zorunluluk&#8221; oldu\u011funu da vurgulad\u0131.<br \/>\nMaliye Bakan\u0131 Yorgos  Papakonstantinu&#8217;ya gerekli giri\u015fimlerde bulunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in talimat verdi\u011fini  a\u00e7\u0131klayan Papandreu, &#8220;Destek mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletilmesini resmen  istememiz, ulusal bir zorunluluktu&#8221; saptamas\u0131nda bulundu. &#8220;AB&#8217;nin  Yunanistan i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 mali destek karar\u0131n\u0131n piyasalardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck  faizle bor\u00e7lanmaya yeterli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini&#8221; anlatan Papandreu,  &#8220;Piyasalar buna ya AB&#8217;ye inanmad\u0131klar\u0131ndan ya da k\u00e2r pe\u015finde ko\u015fmak  istedikleri i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermediler.&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\n\u00dclkenin i\u00e7inde  bulundu\u011fu k\u00f6t\u00fc durumu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek ve negatif havay\u0131 tersine d\u00f6nd\u00fcrmek  i\u00e7in \u00e7ok zor bir i\u015fe koyulduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Papandreu, &#8220;\u00e7o\u011fu defa  ac\u0131tan zor \u00f6nlemler ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131; ancak g\u00fcvenirli\u011fi sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131&#8221;  belirtti.<br \/>\n&#8220;Buna ra\u011fmen piyasalar\u0131n sadece Yunan halk\u0131n\u0131n  fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil ekonominin normal gidi\u015fini de tehdit etti\u011fini&#8221; ifade  eden Papandreu, &#8220;\u015eimdi piyasalar\u0131n bize vermedikleri zaman\u0131, karar  do\u011frultusunda AB&#8217;nin verme zaman\u0131 geldi.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n&#8220;Ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n acilen ve kararl\u0131 \u015fekilde Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131 bir sonraki limana  ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in bu deste\u011fe kat\u0131lacaklar\u0131n\u0131&#8221; s\u00f6yleyen Papandreu, &#8220;Bu  gemimizi daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve g\u00fcvenilir malzemeyle tekrar in\u015fa etmemize imk\u00e2n  verecek.&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getirdi.<br \/>\n\u00d6nlerinde zor bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve yolculuk  bulundu\u011funu kaydeden Papandreu, &#8220;daha g\u00fcvenli, daha emin, daha adil ve  daha mutlu yar\u0131nlara ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in kolektif bilin\u00e7 ve ortak bir dayan\u0131\u015fma  i\u00e7erisinde bulunmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011finin&#8221; alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<br \/>\nYunan Ba\u015fbakan  Papandreu, &#8220;Nihayi hedefimiz, Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131 izleme ve vesayetten  kurtararak ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturmakt\u0131r.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.  Zorluklar\u0131 a\u015facaklar\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Papandreu, Yunan halk\u0131na da  mesaj g\u00f6nderdi: &#8220;Yeter ki biz Yunanlar, g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcze, de\u011ferlerimize,  kendimize inanal\u0131m.&#8221;<br \/>\nDi\u011fer yandan \u00fclkenin i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu a\u011f\u0131r  ekonomik krizden \u00f6nceki Yeni Demokrasi h\u00fck\u00fcmetini sorumlu tutan  Papandreu, d\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klanan y\u00fczde 13,6&#8217;l\u0131k 2009 y\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fct\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n herkese  kabul edilemez hatalar\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.
