Federasyonumuzun bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan Spor Toto S\u00fcper Lig&#8217;in, televizyon yay\u0131nc\u0131s\u0131 yine federasyonumuz taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve rekabet i\u00e7erisinde ge\u00e7en bir ihale ile belirlenmi\u015ftir. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz sezon ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu ihale ile yay\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n, kendi iradesi ile \u00f6nermi\u015f oldu\u011fu bedel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Dijital Platform&#8217;a verildi\u011fi malumdur. Bahse konu ihale sonucuna istinaden kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131lan s\u00f6zle\u015fmede, &#8220;m\u00fcsabakalar\u0131n yay\u0131n saatlerinin ve g\u00fcnlerinin birlikte belirlenece\u011fi fakat son ve nihai karar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye Futbol Federasyonu taraf\u0131ndan verilece\u011fi&#8221; son derece a\u00e7\u0131k ve net bir \u015fekilde belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hal b\u00f6yle iken; bahse konu programda, yap\u0131lan i\u015f ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015fmas\u0131nda var olan ilgili maddeler, yorumu yaln\u0131zca yapan ki\u015fiyi hakl\u0131 g\u00f6sterecek \u015fekilde planlanm\u0131\u015f bir kurguyla ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, b\u00fct\u00fcnden ayr\u0131 olarak,\u00a0 sadece bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc g\u00f6sterilmek suretiyle, Federasyonumuz yak\u0131\u015f\u0131ks\u0131z ve keyfi bir\u00a0 bi\u00e7imde kamuoyuna \u015fikayet edilmi\u015ftir. Bahse konu programda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu tabloyu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ek maddeyi g\u00f6stermeksizin kamuoyuna \u015fikayet etme noktas\u0131na getirerek, elindeki ileti\u015fim g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kullanman\u0131n, i\u015f eti\u011fine ne kadar uydu\u011funu kamuoyunun takdirine b\u0131rak\u0131yoruz.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6ncelikle \u015funun bilinmesini isteriz ki, Federasyonumuz bu \u00f6zel s\u00fcre\u00e7te T\u00fcrk Futbolunu do\u011fru ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir zemine oturtma konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kararl\u0131l\u0131kla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak futbol ailesinin t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n genel istek ve kabul\u00fc do\u011frultusunda, alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz yeni ve radikal kararlardan biri de, T\u00fcrk Futbolu i\u00e7in yepyeni bir uygulama olan Play-Off \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu uygulama, Federasyonumuzun ilgili birimleri taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan hassas \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f ve hayata ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. Do\u011fal olarak bu yeni uygulamadan kaynaklanan problemler olu\u015fabilmektedir. Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda da, k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ok fazla m\u00fcsabaka oynama zorunlulu\u011fu vard\u0131r. B\u00f6ylesi yo\u011fun bir m\u00fcsabaka program\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde televizyon yay\u0131nlar\u0131yla ilgili \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fma olmas\u0131 son derece do\u011fald\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr sorunlar yay\u0131nc\u0131 kurulu\u015fun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretebilece\u011fi konulard\u0131r ve t\u00fcketiciyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek uygulamaya koyabilece\u011fi &#8220;d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc yay\u0131n&#8221; gibi y\u00f6ntemler mevcuttur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buradan bir kez daha belirtmek isteriz ki, T\u00fcrk Futbolu yepyeni bir d\u00f6neme girmi\u015ftir.<strong> Eski yakla\u015f\u0131m ve davran\u0131\u015flardan uzakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n, T\u00fcrk Futbolunu getirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu nokta a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortad\u0131r.<\/strong> Herkesin \u00f6ncelikle i\u015fine ve sorumluluklar\u0131na odaklanarak, futbolumuzun gelece\u011fine ve yeni d\u00f6nemine adapte olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zel s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hassasiyetle y\u00f6netilmek durumundad\u0131r ve ilgili t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131n buna dikkat etmesi gereklidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ma\u00e7 takviminde yeni d\u00fczenleme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di\u011fer taraftan, mevcut geli\u015fmeler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz de\u011ferlendirmeler, kul\u00fcplerimizden gelen talepler ve her g\u00fcn ma\u00e7 oynanmas\u0131n\u0131n trib\u00fcn izleyicisi say\u0131s\u0131na etkileri nedeniyle ma\u00e7 takviminde yeni bir d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gere\u011fi do\u011fmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrk futbolunda bir ilk olan Play-Off sistemi nedeni ile, Spor Toto S\u00fcper Lig&#8217;de 34 haftal\u0131k Lig Grubu&#8217;ndaki 7 haftan\u0131n ma\u00e7lar\u0131 hafta i\u00e7i oynanacak \u015fekilde planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu plan dahilinde, hafta i\u00e7i oynanacak ma\u00e7lar, bu tarihten itibaren Sal\u0131-\u00c7ar\u015famba ya da \u00c7ar\u015famba- Per\u015fembe g\u00fcnleri oynanacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenecektir.
