Meclis, bu konuda uzun zamand\u0131r d\u00fczenleme yapmad\u0131. 2008&#8217;de neyse, 2009&#8217;da ve \u015fimdi de durum ayn\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eimdi bu raporu imzalayan Say\u0131\u015ftay denet\u00e7ilerinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n daha \u00f6nceki raporlarda da imzalar\u0131 var.
