Burada ayr\u0131ca g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir patlay\u0131c\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 olan nitrogliserini ke\u015ffeden \u0130talyan kimyager Ascanio Sobrero ile tan\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Alfred Nobel de nitrogliserin ile ilgilenmektedir. Nitrogliserin, baruttan daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n etkisiyle kolayca patlamaktad\u0131r. Nobel&#8217;e g\u00f6re bu durum nitrogliserinin pratik kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alfred Nobel, 1852&#8217;de ailesi taraf\u0131ndan St. Petersburg&#8217;a geri \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131r. Nobel, nitrogliserin ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na burada devam etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Ancak, babas\u0131 Immanuel Nobel&#8217;in i\u015fleri bozulmaya ba\u015flar.
