Bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar her ne kadar belirli zamanlarda\u00a0 \u00e7ocu\u011fun becerilerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsa da\u00a0 geli\u015fim bireyseldir. \u00c7ocu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 tak\u0131n\u0131lan tav\u0131r \u00e7ocu\u011fun i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu durumun daha iyiye\u00a0 ya da daha k\u00f6t\u00fcye gitmesine\u00a0sebep \u00a0olabilir.\u00a0 Bu nedenle i\u00e7inde bulunulan problem durumuna daha yak\u0131ndan bakmak al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan faydal\u0131 olabilir.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ocuk i\u00e7ine do\u011fdu\u011fu\u00a0 toplumun dilini kendili\u011finden\u00a0\u00f6\u011frenir. Hi\u00e7bir zaman \u00e7ocuklara dil e\u011fitimi verilmez.<\/p>\n

Dilin \u00f6\u011fretilmesi konusunda ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f baz\u0131 teoriler vard\u0131r. Bir teoriye g\u00f6re \u00e7ocuk, dili, uyar\u0131c\u0131 tepki aktivitesine g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011frenir. Bir ba\u015fka teoriye g\u00f6re dil \u00f6\u011frenimi insanlarda i\u00e7ten gelen bir kayna\u011fa sahiptir ve bebek y\u00fcr\u00fcmeyi nas\u0131l \u00f6\u011freniyorsa dili de \u00f6yle \u00f6\u011frenir.\u00a0Di\u011fer bir teoriye g\u00f6re de dili \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in \u00e7evreden baz\u0131 sunumlar gelmelidir ki \u00e7ocuk seslerden, s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerden ve c\u00fcmlelerden baz\u0131 anlamlar \u00e7\u0131karabilsin .\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>ASHA ( Amerikan Konu\u015fma ,<\/span> Dil , \u0130\u015fitme Kurulu\u015f) y<\/span>a g\u00f6re ELD (Expressive Language Delay) yani ifade edici dil gecikmesi s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinin k\u0131salt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130fade edici dilin kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 al\u0131c\u0131 dil geli\u015fiminden daha zordur. Bu nedenle ELD’yi di\u011fer alanlardan ay\u0131rmak gerekir . ELD’li bir \u00e7ocu\u011fu mental gerili\u011fi olan ELD’li bir \u00e7ocuktan ay\u0131rmak gerekir.<\/p>\n

Dil geli\u015fimini etkileyen pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r vard\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re dil :\"Cocuk<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00a0-Tarihsel , sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir \u00e7evrede ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar,<\/span><\/p>\n

-Ses, morfoloji bilgisi anlam ve pratik olmak \u00fczere 5 parametrelidir,<\/p>\n

-Biyolojik, bili\u015fsel, psikososyal ve \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlerden etkilenir.<\/p>\n

– \u0130nsan ili\u015fkileri \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ocuklarda dil gecikmesi en az\u0131ndan 20 aya kadar g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. Ortalama 2-3 ya\u015f civar\u0131nda belirir. \u00c7ocu\u011fun duyup duymad\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u00f6ylenenleri anlay\u0131p anlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130\u015fitti\u011fini ay\u0131rt etmede problemleri olan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n geli\u015fim ve s\u00f6ylenenleri anlama becerilerinde zorluklar vad\u0131r.\u00a0 Ayr\u0131ca bu \u00e7ocuklar ismin hallerini\u00a0(i , e, de, den) anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ‘oyunca\u011f\u0131 yere koy’ gibi tek ama\u00e7l\u0131 basit c\u00fcmleleri anlayamazlar.<\/p>\n

\u0130fade edici dil gecikmesi (ELD) problemi ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklar bir soru soruldu\u011funda cevaplamakta zorluk \u00e7ekerler. Kelimeleri birle\u015ftirerek bir c\u00fcmle kurmak onlara g\u00fc\u00e7 gelebilir. Baz\u0131 \u00e7ocuklarda artik\u00fclasyon problemleri vard\u0131r. 2 ya\u015f civar\u0131ndaki \u00a0ELD problemi ifade dilinde,\u00a03 ya\u015f civar\u0131ndaki ELD problemi ise ses yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki hatalar \u015feklinde belirir.<\/p>\n

Zihinsel gerilikle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olmayan bir ifade edici dil gecikmesi Amerikan Psikiyatri Kurumuna g\u00f6re bozukluk kategorisine konur. Konu\u015fmak normal, konu\u015fmamak anormaldir. \u00d6te yandan konu\u015fma gecikmesi ya\u015fayan bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun haz\u0131r oldu\u011funda konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n
