Yumurtan\u0131n \u00e7ok kat\u0131\u00a0 olmamak ve kavrulmamak \u015fart\u0131yla rahat\u00e7a yenebilir.\u00a0 \u00a0Kolestrol v\u00fccuttaki mikroplar\u0131 ve vir\u00fcsleri \u00f6ld\u00fcren \u00e7ok kuvvetli bir antibiyotiktir. <strong>Onun i\u00e7in bunlar\u0131 yok etmek cinayettir<\/strong>. \u00a0K<strong>olestrol\u00fcn \u00a0bir hastal\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya kabul etti<\/strong>.
