Bir Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn silah kullanmay\u0131 bu kadar a\u00e7\u0131ktan savunma cesaretini g\u00f6stermesi bizleri \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eerzan Kurt&#8217;un 12 May\u0131s 2010 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen olaylarda polis memuru G\u00fcltekin \u015eahin&#8217;in silah\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan kur\u015funla ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Ata, a\u00e7\u0131lan davalar sonucunda \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan verilen cevapta \u00f6l\u00fcmde kusurun tamamen \u015eerzan Kurt&#8217;a ait oldu\u011funun savunuldu\u011funu ve hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 davranman\u0131n da hi\u00e7bir mazeretinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ayn\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;da meydana gelen olaylarda bir ba\u015fka \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisi Ayd\u0131n Erdem ile ilgili davada &#8220;olaylara kat\u0131lan ki\u015finin ta\u015f atmas\u0131 sonucu \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne kendisi neden olmu\u015ftur&#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131yla g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini iddia eden Ata, 4 Nisan 2009 tarihinde de \u015eanl\u0131urfa Halfeti-\u00d6merli k\u00f6y\u00fcnde g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin m\u00fcdahalesi sonucu Mustafa Da\u011f ve Mahsun Karao\u011flan adl\u0131 iki vatanda\u015f\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ata s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bize a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u015fu mesaj\u0131 vermek istemektedir.
