Balkenende, &#8220;Hollanda kabinesi ve halk\u0131 olarak derin bir \u015fok ve ac\u0131  i\u00e7indeyiz. Hepinizin ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 en derin hislerimizle payla\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu  toplant\u0131 ile amac\u0131m\u0131z hepinize ba\u015fsa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dilemekti.
