Kuvvetli f\u0131rt\u0131na, Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc (26.01.2012) ak\u015fam saatlerinden sonra Bat\u0131 Karadeniz\u2019in bat\u0131s\u0131nda kuzey ve kuzeybat\u0131 y\u00f6nlerden, Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc (27.01.2012) Bat\u0131 Karadeniz genelinde etkisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek. Orta Akdeniz\u2019de do\u011fu ve kuzeydo\u011fudan 6 ila 8 kuvvetinde (60-75km\/s) f\u0131rt\u0131na, \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc (25.01.2012) g\u00fcn\u00fc aksam saatlerinden itibaren ekisini kaybedecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130stanbul\u2019da Etkili Kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Meteoroloji B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden al\u0131nan bilgiler do\u011frultusunda, bu gece Balkanlar \u00fczerinden (\u0130zlanda k\u00f6kenli) gelmesi beklenen so\u011fuk ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 havan\u0131n bu geceden itibaren kara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fece\u011fi tahmin ediliyor. F\u0131rt\u0131na nedeniyle, kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n zaman zaman tipi \u015feklinde olaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Meteorolojinin uyar\u0131s\u0131yla birlikte<strong> AKOM <\/strong>ekiplerini toplayarak ak\u015fam saatlerinde alarma ge\u00e7iyor.<\/p>\n<p>Hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesiyle birlikte kimsesiz ve sokaklarda ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren vatanda\u015flar \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan spor salonlar\u0131nda misafir ediliyor. Sar\u0131yer Metin Oktay Spor salonunda vatanda\u015f\u0131n banyo, tra\u015f, giyim g\u0131da ve konaklama gibi t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n emniyet \u015feritlerini i\u015fgal etmemeleri \u00f6nemli duyurulur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, <strong>2012<\/strong> k\u0131\u015f sezonu hava ko\u015fullar\u0131yla m\u00fccadele haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda \u015fehir hayat\u0131n\u0131n normal seyrinin etkilenmemesi amac\u0131yla sert hava ko\u015fullar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kar-buz ve g\u00f6llenme ile m\u00fccadele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<strong> AKOM<\/strong>\u2019dan y\u00f6netilecek.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131\u015fa haz\u0131rl\u0131k, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Genel Sekreteri \u00c2dem Ba\u015ft\u00fcrk ba\u015fkanl\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <strong>43\u2019\u00fc 1\u2019inci<\/strong> \u00f6ncelikli olmak \u00fczere <strong>255<\/strong> g\u00fczerg\u00e2hta toplam <strong>2 bin 833<\/strong> km uzunlu\u011fundaki yol a\u011f\u0131 ve meydanlardaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar planland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Yol Bak\u0131m ve Onar\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc depolar\u0131nda <strong>2012<\/strong> k\u0131\u015f sezonu i\u00e7in <strong>127 bin 311 ton<\/strong> tuz depoland\u0131. \u0130l\u00e7e Belediyelerine ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 durumunda tuz takviyesi yap\u0131lacak. <strong>82<\/strong> ayr\u0131 noktada ise <strong>1.800 to<\/strong>n sol\u00fcsyon depoland\u0131. \u0130htiya\u00e7 halinde saatte <strong>25 ton<\/strong> kapasiteli sol\u00fcsyon tesislerinde \u00fcretim yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Ana arterlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, meydanlar, \u00fcst ve alt ge\u00e7itler, vapur iskeleleri, otob\u00fcs duraklar\u0131, Hastane giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131, \u00dcniversite ve Okullar\u0131n giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in de karla m\u00fccadele ekipleri olu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AKOM<\/strong> Koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara <strong>\u0130tfaiye<\/strong>, <strong>45<\/strong> adet <strong>6*6*6<\/strong> Afet M\u00fcdahale ve Kurtarma Arac\u0131 ve <strong>135<\/strong> Personeli ile kat\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Park ve Bah\u00e7eler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc;<\/strong> Kad\u0131k\u00f6y, Taksim, Sara\u00e7hane, \u0130DO Yenikap\u0131, Emin\u00f6n\u00fc, Harem, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar, \u00dcmraniye &#8211; Tepe\u00fcst\u00fc Meydanlar\u0131nda; 359 Personel ve 48 ara\u00e7 ile k\u0131\u015f m\u00fccadele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At\u0131k Y\u00f6netimi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc; 40<\/strong> Hastane, <strong>34<\/strong> Okul (\u00dcniversite \u2013 Lise), <strong>13<\/strong> Meydan, <strong>304<\/strong> Durak, <strong>117<\/strong> \u00dcst ve Alt Ge\u00e7it,<strong> 7<\/strong> \u00c7\u00f6p Aktarma \u0130stasyonu, i\u015fleme tesisleri, depo sahas\u0131 yollar\u0131nda <strong>450<\/strong> Personel ve <strong>38<\/strong> ara\u00e7 ile g\u00f6rev yapacak. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulan <strong>142<\/strong> Trakt\u00f6r Kar k\u00fcr\u00fcme ekibi muhtarlar\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funda kendi k\u00f6y yollar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in g\u00f6rev b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Karla m\u00fccadele toplam <strong>870 ara\u00e7 2 bin 406 personel<\/strong> \u0130stanbul halk\u0131na hizmet edecek.<\/p>\n<p>Her b\u00f6lgenin \u00f6ncelikli g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar\u0131 belirlenerek, istasyonlar olu\u015fturularak ya\u011f\u0131\u015f \u00f6ncesi ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f an\u0131nda ana arterler, kat\u0131l\u0131m noktalar\u0131, kav\u015faklar ve <strong>E-5\u2019e<\/strong> m\u00fcdahale edilecek \u015fekilde haz\u0131rl\u0131klar tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u0130STANBUL 9 B\u00d6LGEYE AYRILDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Zaman kayb\u0131 ve gereksiz malzeme kullan\u0131m\u0131 engellenecek.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n, belirlenen g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlarda yapacaklar\u0131 kar k\u00fcreme ve yol a\u00e7ma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, mevcut ara\u00e7 takip sistemi ile <strong>AKOM<\/strong>\u2019dan takip edilecek, gerekli durumlarda ara\u00e7lar ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgelere y\u00f6nlendirilecek<\/p>\n<p>Kritik kav\u015faklarda 21 kurtar\u0131c\u0131 ve \u00e7ekici muhtemel yolda kalmalar ve kazalara kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131r bekletilecek.
