Ancak Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Kanunu&#8217;nda yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme ile kaza sonras\u0131 bedeni hasarlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde d\u00f6ner sermaye fonu olu\u015fturuldu. D\u00f6ner Sermaye&#8217;nin kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zel trafik sigortalar\u0131nda d\u00fczenlemeler bulunuyordu. Kendi kusuruyla trafik kazas\u0131 yapanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k gideri ise sigortaca kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131yordu. Bu d\u00fczenleme y\u00fcz\u00fcnden trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k giderlerini 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r SGK kar\u015f\u0131lam\u0131yordu. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetini al\u0131p \u00fccretini kendisi \u00f6d\u00fcyor ya da Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na m\u00fcracaat ederek, \u00f6denmesini talep ediyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u011f-Kur&#8217;lularda 10 y\u0131ldan az primi olanlardan y\u00fczde 10 sa\u011fl\u0131k primi kesintisi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na da i\u015faret eden Emin Zarars\u0131z, <a title=\"12 Bin Ba\u011fkur Emeklisine  Zam\" href=\"https:\/\/epochtimestr.com\/index.php\/bagkur-emekli-maasina-zam-yapiliyor\/\" target=\"_blank\">esnaf emeklilerine<\/a> de \u015fu m\u00fcjdeyi verdi: &#8220;Memur, i\u015f\u00e7i olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Ba\u011f-Kur&#8217;lunun bu hizmetleri sa\u011fl\u0131k primi kesintisi olarak d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fcyordu.
