Ancak \u00fcst katlarda TCDD&#8217;nin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ofisler, m\u00fcze, konser, sergi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel tesis ve konaklama olarak hizmet verecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projede &#8216;konaklama&#8217; diye ge\u00e7en yerler &#8216;otel&#8217; olacak. Alan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerine 4 adet dini tesis yap\u0131lacak. Bu tesislerin toplam alan\u0131 ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 bin metrekare. \u0130dari b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin toplam alan\u0131 7 bin metrekare ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
