Tortum Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan \u2018\u2018HES \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda bulunmamam ve eylemlere kat\u0131lanlarla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeme\u2019\u2019 cezas\u0131 verilen gen\u00e7 k\u0131za hakk\u0131nda bu kez de 3 ayr\u0131 su\u00e7tan toplam 9 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131 istemiyle dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

HES eylemlerinin<\/em> ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi 5 A\u011fustos 2011g\u00fcn\u00fc Tortum \u0130l\u00e7e Jandarma Karakolu\u2019nda vatani g\u00f6revini yapmakta olan erlerden 22 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Abdullah Teke Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na dilek\u00e7e vererek HES eylem g\u00fcn\u00fc Leyla Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya\u2019n\u0131n kendisine att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ta\u015fla yaraland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, er Adil Aldemir ise kendisine \u2018\u2018\u015eerefsizler\u2019\u2019 diye hakaret etti\u011fini iddia etti.<\/p>\n

Tortum Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, Leyla Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya hakk\u0131nda \u00c7ocuk mahkemesi s\u0131fat\u0131yla Tortum Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde \u2019hakaret\u2019, yine \u00c7ocuk mahkemesi s\u0131fat\u0131yla Tortum Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde \u2019hakaret\u2019, \u2019g\u00f6revi yapt\u0131rmamak i\u00e7in direnme, kasten yaralama\u2019 su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan dava a\u00e7t\u0131. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0Dava 21 \u015eubat g\u00fcn\u00fc Tortum Adliye\u2019sinde ba\u015flayacak. \u0130lk duru\u015fmaya CHP \u0130stanbul Milletvekili Melda Onur ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki bir heyetin izleyece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Leyla Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya\u2019n\u0131n avukat\u0131 olan Erc\u00fcment \u015eenol, Ba\u011fba\u015f\u0131\u2019nda vatanda\u015flar\u0131n HES y\u00fcz\u00fcnden g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya geldi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bir tak\u0131m davalar a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00c7ocuk Mahkemesi\u2019nde yarg\u0131lanan bir k\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerini d\u00f6vd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, yaralad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, hakaret etti\u011fine \u2018kargalar\u0131n bile inanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u2019 s\u00f6yledi. Avukat Erc\u00fcment \u015eenol, “Bay Teke iftira etmi\u015ftir. Asl\u0131 astar\u0131 yok. Adalete inan\u0131yoruz. Leyla duru\u015fmada beraat edecektir. Bay Teke\u2019nin att\u0131\u011f\u0131 iftiradan y\u00fcz\u00fc k\u0131zaracakt\u0131r. Devletin silahl\u0131 g\u00f6revlisine bir k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu nas\u0131l engel olur? HES Yap\u0131lacak \u00d6d\u00fck Vadisi<\/h2>\n

Erzurum\u2019un Tortum \u0130l\u00e7esi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Ba\u011fba\u015f\u0131, Serdarl\u0131 ve Pehlivanl\u0131 beldeleri, Dikmen, Uzunkavak k\u00f6ylerinden ge\u00e7en \u00d6d\u00fck \u00c7ay\u0131 \u00fczerinde 3 ayr\u0131 HES Kurulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Y\u00f6re halk\u0131 yap\u0131lacak olan HES in\u015faatlar\u0131 i\u00e7in uzun s\u00fcre i\u015f makinelerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na izin vermemi\u015fti<\/p>\n

\u00d6d\u00fck vadisinde \u2018can\u0131m\u0131z veririz, suyumuzu vermeyiz\u2019 diyerek s\u0131k s\u0131k eylem yapan k\u00f6yl\u00fc kad\u0131nlarla g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leri aras\u0131nda arbade ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f, zaman zaman g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leri sert m\u00fcdahalelerde bulunmu\u015ftu.
