Vatanda\u015f \u00a0ise \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n durumda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018\u2018Acil hasta\u2019\u2019 tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n netle\u015fmesini isteyen \u00f6zel hastane yetkilileri \u2018Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re acile gelen travma hastas\u0131 \u2018\u2018<a title=\"A\u011f\u0131z ve Di\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 1. B\u00f6l\u00fcm\" href=\"https:\/\/epochtimestr.com\/index.php\/agiz-ve-dis-sagligi-1-bolum\/\" target=\"_blank\">acil<\/a>\u2019\u2019 de\u011ferlendiriliyor ancak SGK\u2019ya g\u00f6re \u00f6l\u00fcm ve ya sakatl\u0131k varsa \u2018acil\u2019 kabul ediliyor. Bu durumda hangi hastay\u0131 \u2018acil\u2019 kabul edece\u011fimizi, nas\u0131l fatura edece\u011fimizi \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131k.\u2019 diyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SGK\u2019n\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131k Uygulama Tebli\u011fi\u2019ne \u00a0(SUT) g\u00f6re \u2018acil hasta\u2019 tan\u0131m\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle. \u2018\u2018Ani geli\u015fen hastal\u0131k, kaza, yaralanma ve benzeri durumlarda olay\u0131n meydana gelmesini takip eden ilk 24 saatte t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahale gerektiren durumlar. T\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahale yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya ba\u015fka bir sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015funa nakil halinde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetme riski ta\u015f\u0131yan hastalar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a title=\"SGK Trafik Kazalar\u0131ndaki Sa\u011fl\u0131k Giderlerini \u00d6deyecek\" href=\"https:\/\/epochtimestr.com\/index.php\/sgk-trafik-kazalarindaki-saglik-giderlerini-odeyecek\/\" target=\"_blank\">SGK<\/a>, \u00f6zel hastanelerin acil sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti olarak faturaland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmetin acil kapsam\u0131na girmedi\u011fini tespit etmesi halinde bunun bedelini \u00f6demeyece\u011fini, hastan\u0131n \u00f6demesi gereken kat\u0131l\u0131m pay\u0131 tutar\u0131n\u0131 da hastadan alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 27 Ocak 2012 tarihinde yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 genelgede \u2018acil\u2019 olarak fatura edilmesi gereken durumlar;\u2019 \u2018Her ne boyutta olursa olsun travma vakalar\u0131, acil servis ba\u015fvurusu sonras\u0131 hastaneye yat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan vakalar, t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahale uygulanan, m\u00fc\u015fahede alt\u0131na al\u0131nan vakalar, ba\u015fka bir sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015funa sevk edilen ya da sevkli gelenler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00d6zel Hastaneler S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 Ya\u015f\u0131yor<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130ki kurumun d\u00fczenlemelerinin farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 en \u00e7ok \u00f6zel hastaneler ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6zel hastaneler Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n genelgesine g\u00f6re acil olarak gelen hastaya yap\u0131lan hizmeti fatura ediyor. Fakat yap\u0131lan bu acil hizmet SGK\u2019n\u0131n \u2018acil\u2019 tan\u0131m\u0131na uymuyor. SGK \u2018acil\u2019 olarak fatura edilen i\u015flemin bedelini \u00f6demeyerek, katk\u0131 pay\u0131n\u0131 hastaneden \u00a0mahsup ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zel hastaneler hem hastalar\u0131n hem de hastanelerin ma\u011fdur olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in kurumlar aras\u0131ndaki acil hasta tan\u0131m\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce netle\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fini savunuyorlar.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fatura Hastaya Kesilecek<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SGK\u2019n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re Acil\u2019e gelen hastaya yap\u0131lan Acil hizmetinin bedelini SGK\u2019dan talep edemeyecek olan \u00f6zel hastaneler yap\u0131lan acil hizmetlerini hastalardan tahsil etme yoluna gidecekler. \u00d6zel hastaneler acil hizmeti verdi\u011fi hastaya acil durumlar\u0131n\u0131n sona erdi\u011fine dair doktorlar taraf\u0131ndan karar verilmesi halinde hastalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne bor\u00e7 taahh\u00fctnamesi konulacak. Bu taahh\u00fctnameye imza atan hastan\u0131n acil hali sona erecek ve bir \u00e7ok masraf hastadan talep edilebilecek.
