A\u011f\u0131r hastal\u0131k, sakatl\u0131k veya kocama hali Adli T\u0131p Kurumu\u2019ndan al\u0131nan veya Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca belirlenen tam te\u015fekk\u00fcll\u00fc hastanelerin sa\u011fl\u0131k kurullar\u0131nca d\u00fczenlenip Adli T\u0131p Kurumu\u2019nca onaylanan bir raporla belgelendirilmesi gerekecek.<\/p>\n

Belirlenen yer veya b\u00f6lgelere gitmeyebilecek, belirlenen programlara kat\u0131labilecek.
