H\u00fck\u00fcmetin \u00f6nerdi\u011fi zam oran\u0131na tepki olarak, ortakla\u015fa 1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck grev ba\u015flatt\u0131lar.<br \/>\nMaliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, memurlar\u0131n talep etti\u011fi zamm\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7eye 25 milyar lira y\u00fck getirece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131nca toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri kilitlendi.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmetin memur zamm\u0131 teklifinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 iyile\u015ftirme, memurlar\u0131n talepleriyle Maliye&#8217;nin b\u00fct\u00e7e hesaplar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki u\u00e7urumu kapatmay\u0131nca, onbinlerce kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131na grev yolu g\u00f6z\u00fckt\u00fc. 2012 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 3+3&#8217;l\u00fck zamteklifini y\u00fczde 3.5+4&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131karan h\u00fck\u00fcmet ile <em>Memur-Sen&#8217;in t<\/em>alepleri aras\u0131ndaki yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 milyar liral\u0131k fark telafi edilemeyince ipler koptu. Geri ad\u0131m atmaya karar veren h\u00fck\u00fcmet, 2012 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 3+3&#8217;l\u00fck zam teklifini 3.5+4&#8217;e y\u00fckseltti. 2013 i\u00e7in yeni teklif yapmayan h\u00fck\u00fcmet, yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyar liral\u0131k bir ek maliyetle pazarl\u0131klar\u0131 bitirmeyi planl\u0131yordu. Memur-Sen, 2012 i\u00e7in talebini y\u00fczde 7.5+7.5&#8217;e, 2013 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 6.5+6.75&#8217;e indirdi. Memur-Sen bunun geri ad\u0131m olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin uzla\u015fmaz tavr\u0131na ironik bir yan\u0131t oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmet ile memurlar aras\u0131ndaki ilk temastaet ile memurlar aras\u0131ndaki ilk temasta zam talebini de\u011ferlendiren Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, teklifin bu haliyle kabul edilmesi halinde b\u00fct\u00e7eye yakla\u015f\u0131k 28 milyar TL&#8217;lik ek y\u00fck getirece\u011fini belirtti. Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 3+3&#8217;\u00fcn \u00fczerine yap\u0131lacak 1 puanl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n bile b\u00fct\u00e7eye 1 milyar TL&#8217;lik y\u00fck getirdi\u011fini an\u0131msatt\u0131.<br \/>\nKESK&#8217;e ba\u011fl\u0131 Birle\u015fik Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k Sendikas\u0131 (BTS) \u00fcyelerinin grev yapmas\u0131 nedeniyle 05.00&#8217;da ba\u015flamas\u0131 gereken Haydarpa\u015fa-Pendik-Haydarpa\u015fa seferleri yap\u0131lamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>25 milyar liral\u0131k maliyet, h\u00fck\u00fcmet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan pek \u00e7ok yat\u0131r\u0131ma kaynakl\u0131k edecek bir tutar anlam\u0131na geliyor. B\u00fct\u00e7e planlar\u0131 ile memurlar\u0131n talepleri aras\u0131ndaki u\u00e7urum kapat\u0131lamad\u0131.
