En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck devlet memuru maa\u015f\u0131 ikinci alt\u0131 ay i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen y\u00fczde 4&#8217;l\u00fck zam ile 1 Temmuz tarihinden itibaren 57 lira artarak bin 520 liraya y\u00fckselecek. B\u00f6ylece aile yard\u0131m\u0131 hari\u00e7 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck devlet memuru maa\u015f\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k maa\u015f art\u0131\u015f tutar\u0131 112 lira olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Aile yard\u0131m\u0131 hari\u00e7 ortalama devlet memuru maa\u015f\u0131 mevcut durumda bin 804 lira. Ocak 2012 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fczde 4 zam oran\u0131 uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortalama<em> memur maa\u015f\u0131<\/em> 70 lira artarak bin 874 liraya \u00e7\u0131kacak. Bu dilimde yer alan memurlar\u0131n maa\u015f\u0131, ikinci yar\u0131y\u0131l i\u00e7in uygulanacak y\u00fczde 4&#8217;l\u00fck art\u0131\u015fla 1 Temmuz&#8217;da bin 947 liraya \u00e7\u0131kacak. Aile yard\u0131m\u0131 dahil bin 894 lira olan ortalama memur maa\u015f\u0131 da ocak ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla 74 lira artarak bin 968 liraya ula\u015facak. Bu dilimdeki memurlar\u0131n maa\u015f\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda ise 77 lira daha artarak 2 bin 45 lira olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Aile yard\u0131m\u0131 dahil en y\u00fcksek devlet memuru maa\u015f\u0131 9 bin 886 lira. Bu y\u0131l i\u00e7in kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan y\u00fczde 4 4&#8217;l\u00fck zam oran\u0131 uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek devlet<em> memuru maa\u015f\u0131<\/em> aile yard\u0131m\u0131 dahil 1 Ocak itibar\u0131yla 386 lira artarak 10 bin 272 liraya, 1 Temmuz itibar\u0131yla da 401 lira artarak 10 bin 672 liraya \u00e7\u0131kacak.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00e7e gelirinin y\u00fczde 10&#8217;undan fazla borcu olanlar hari\u00e7 t\u00fcm belediye ve \u00f6zel idareler \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 memurlara en y\u00fcksek devlet memurunun y\u00fczde 100&#8217;\u00fc oran\u0131nda sosyal denge tazminat\u0131 \u00f6deyecek.<\/p>\n<p>Her ay maa\u015fla birlikte \u00f6denecek bu tazminat\u0131n zams\u0131z tutar\u0131 628 lira. <em>Memur maa\u015flar\u0131<\/em>na yap\u0131lacak y\u00fczdelik zamla birlikte bu rakam yakla\u015f\u0131k 680-700 liraya ula\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 10&#8217;una (22 bin ki\u015fi) y\u0131lda iki kez ikramiye verilecek. Bu ikramiye b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerdeki personele 2 bin 382 lira, di\u011ferlerine ise 1654 lira olarak \u00f6denecek.<\/p>\n<p>Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti verilen belediyelerdeki n\u00fcfus s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 250 binden 200 bine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. B\u00f6ylece n\u00fcfusu 200 bin olan belediyelerde g\u00f6rev yapan zab\u0131ta ve itfaiye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 da fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti alabilecekler<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli olan 17 bin 800 yerel y\u00f6netim<em> memur maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n<\/em> zam karar\u0131 belediye meclislerinden al\u0131nd\u0131, normal zam prosed\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fland\u0131.
