Anayasa mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nan kararda G\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn g\u00f6revi s\u00fcresinin 7 y\u0131l oldu\u011fu ve G\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn 2. defa se\u00e7ilebilece\u011fi ifade edildi. Anayasa Mahkemesinin bu karar\u0131na siyasi partilerden tepki ya\u011fd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ptal ba\u015fvurusunu yapan CHP&#8217;nin karara tepkisini, Grup Ba\u015fkanvekili Akif Hamza\u00e7ebi d\u00fczenlenen bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 ile ortaya koydu. Hamza\u00e7ebi, \u201cAnayasa mahkemesi yasayla anayasa de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesine onay vererek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n i\u00e7erisine kendisini sokmu\u015ftur, Prestijini g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir konuma getirmi\u015ftir.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>MHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ise karar\u0131 Anayasa\u2019ya ayk\u0131r\u0131 buldu. Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Be\u015fri Atalay ise &#8220;Aksi bir karar \u00e7\u0131ksayd\u0131 a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7imi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Bunun ne kadar T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in sorun olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyorsunuz.
