G\u00f6kova, Fo\u00e7a, Dat\u00e7a-Bozburun, K\u00f6yce\u011fiz-Dalyan ve <a title=\"\u00d6l\u00fcdeniz A\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda 6 B\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde Deprem\" href=\"https:\/\/epochtimestr.com\/index.php\/oludeniz-aciklarinda-6-buyuklugunde-deprem\" target=\"_blank\">Fethiye<\/a>-G\u00f6cek \u00d6zel \u00c7evre Koruma (\u00d6\u00c7K) b\u00f6lgeleri ile Ayval\u0131k Adalar\u0131 Tabiat Park\u0131\u2019nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte olan proje ile <strong>&#8216;mavi karbon&#8217;<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan ve &#8220;Posidonia \u00e7ay\u0131rlar\u0131&#8221; ad\u0131 verilen deniz alt\u0131ndaki \u00e7i\u00e7ekli su bitkilerinin bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde korunma alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgiyle kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<br \/>\nD\u00fcnyan\u0131n 193 \u00fclkesi taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen ve T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan 1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalanarak 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda onaylanan Biyolojik \u00c7e\u015fitlilik S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, sanayile\u015fme ve \u015fehirle\u015fme gibi biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik \u00fczerinde bask\u0131 olu\u015fturan unsurlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan gereklilik \u00fczerine olu\u015fturuldu. S\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin korunmas\u0131 ve biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik bile\u015fenlerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ile birlikte genetik kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan do\u011fan yararlar\u0131n adil ve e\u015fitlik\u00e7i bir bi\u00e7imde payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">10 Y\u0131ll\u0131k Hedeflerde \u0130ddial\u0131<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00f6zle\u015fme\u2019nin 2011-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi planlanan temel hedefi, ba\u015fta biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve ekosistem hizmetleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6zel \u00f6neme sahip alanlar olmak \u00fczere, karasal alanlar\u0131n ve i\u00e7 su alanlar\u0131n\u0131n en az y\u00fczde 17\u2019si ile k\u0131y\u0131 ve deniz alanlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019unun korunan alanlar sistemine entegre edilmesi olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu sistemin, etkin ve adilane y\u00f6netilen, farkl\u0131 ekolojik \u00f6zellikleri temsil eden ve birbirine iyi ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f sistemler olarak d\u00fczenlenmesi de \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<br \/>\n<strong>Mavi karbon<\/strong>; deniz \u00e7ay\u0131rlar\u0131, gelgit b\u00f6lgelerindeki tuzlu batakl\u0131klarda veya \u201cmangrov\u201d ormanlar\u0131 gibi k\u0131y\u0131 ekosistemlerinde tutulan ve de depolanan karbonu temsil ediyor. Bu \u00f6nemli ekosistemler, b\u00fcy\u00fck karbon depolar\u0131 olarak birincil \u00fcretim ile atmosferdeki karbondioksiti tutuyor ve sonra da sediman olarak tan\u0131mlanan dip k\u0131s\u0131mda biriktiriyorlar. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ekosistem ve biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati \u00f6neme sahip mavi karbon, en \u00e7ok bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131ndaki toprak veya sedimanda bulunuyor.<br \/>\nDeniz Koruma Alanlar\u0131nda <a title=\"D\u00fcnya Gezegeninin Korkulu R\u00fcyas\u0131\" href=\"https:\/\/epochtimestr.com\/index.php\/dunyanin-enerji-kaynaklari-tukeniyor-mu-ve-bu-kaynaklar-nelerdir\">K\u00fcresel \u00c7evre Fonu\u2019nun<\/a> (GEF) Katk\u0131lar\u0131 oturumunda yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, uluslararas\u0131 \u00e7evrelerle beraber GEF 6. D\u00f6nem K\u00fcresel Stratejisi \u00fczerinde duruldu.
