Bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, bir Alman gazetesi olan Die Welt\u2019in (D\u00fcnya) muhabiri, \u00c7in\u2019deki i\u015f\u00e7i kamplar\u0131 sisteminin neden Beyaz Kitap i\u00e7erisinde yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek Halk Kongresi\u2019nin bir\u00e7ok temsilcisinin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in talepte bulunmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kamplar\u0131ndaki problemlerin neden var olmaya devam etti\u011fini sordu.<\/p>\n

1950 y\u0131l\u0131nda devlete kar\u015f\u0131 muhalifleri bast\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kurulan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kamplar\u0131 bug\u00fcn polislerin kurbanlar\u0131 her hangi bir dava olmadan \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l boyunca bu kamplarda tutuklu bulundurmas\u0131na ve e\u011fer Parti\u2019nin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde \u201cuygun\u201d davranmazlarsa art\u0131 bir sene daha bu ki\u015fileri tutuklu bulundurma i\u015fine yar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
