Bu g\u00fcn Ak Parti grup toplant\u0131s\u0131nda konu\u015fan Ba\u015fbakan Recep Tayyib Erdo\u011fan, Uluslar aras\u0131 kredi Derecelendirme Kurulu\u015fu Fitch\u2019in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kredi notunu y\u00fckseltmesi hakk\u0131nda da konu\u015ftu. Ba\u015fbakan, Fitch\u2019in kredi notunu y\u00fckseltmesinin \u00f6nemi bir geli\u015fme oldu\u011funu, ancak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kredi notunun olmas\u0131 gereken seviyede olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u201cUluslararas\u0131 derecelendirme kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kredi notunu art\u0131rmas\u0131 \u00fclkemize yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in gelecek uluslararas\u0131 sermaye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan te\u015fvik edici bir i\u015fle sahip. Yine bu durum bor\u00e7lanma faizlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme konusunda da elimizi g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren bir ara\u00e7 durumunda. D\u00fcn borsa bu kararla tarihi rekor seviyeye ula\u015ft\u0131. Faiz oranlar\u0131 da 6.2 gibi \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir seviyeye geriledi. Bir\u00e7ok uluslararas\u0131 kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131labilir sevideki \u00fclkelere \u00f6ncelik tan\u0131yor, \u00f6n ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 buna g\u00f6re yap\u0131yor. Uzun zamand\u0131r hak etti\u011fimiz bu geli\u015fmeyi olumlu buluyor ve \u00fclkemize hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 temenni ediyorum. Fitch\u2019in kredi notumuzu y\u00fckseltmesi \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme olmakla birlikte biz hala T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kredi notunun olmas\u0131 gereken seviyede olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. B\u00fct\u00fcn ekonomik g\u00f6stergeleri bizden daha geri \u00fclkelerin A d\u00fczeyinde kredi notuna sahip oldu\u011fu bir ortamda bizim i\u00e7in hala B d\u00fczeyinde bir kredi notu seviyesinin hakkaniyete uygun bulmuyoruz. Fitch\u2019in bu karar\u0131n\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi yolunda at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu kurulu\u015flara ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin genel ekonomik performans\u0131 ve yat\u0131r\u0131m ortam\u0131 ile ilgili olumlu tablo zaten uluslararas\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.\u201d
\nErdo\u011fan, 2002\u2019de 1 milyar dolar\u0131n alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen do\u011frudan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n son 10 y\u0131lda ortalama 11 milyar dolar\u0131 a\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye olan g\u00fcvenin g\u00f6stergesi oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cEsasen uluslararas\u0131 pek \u00e7ok yap\u0131 gibi kredi derecelendirme kurulu\u015flar\u0131 konusunda da hakkaniyet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerine g\u00f6re bir yeniden yap\u0131lanmaya ihtiya\u00e7 var. Siyasi ve ideolojik bir yakla\u015f\u0131m istemiyoruz. Sanal tablolar \u00fczerinden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131klama d\u00fcnyay\u0131 da aldat\u0131yor, buralarda yat\u0131r\u0131m yapanlar\u0131 da zor durumlara sokuyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
\nErdo\u011fan, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde BM ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00fclkelerin, toplumlar\u0131n kaderinde s\u00f6z sahibi uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131n da bu \u015fekilde yeniden yap\u0131lanma s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, \u201cKimse t\u00fcm bu olumlu geli\u015fmelerin kendili\u011finden, tesad\u00fcfen oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesin. \u0130ktidara geldi\u011fimiz g\u00fcnden itibaren uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z politikalar beraberinde bu ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 getirdi. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bankac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, kamu maliyesindeki disiplin, yap\u0131sal reformlar\u0131m\u0131z ve sonu\u00e7 olarak b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve istihdam alan\u0131ndaki yakalanan \u00fcst d\u00fczey performans ortadad\u0131r.
