Ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgede devam eden kaz\u0131larda s\u0131ras\u0131nda Helenistik, Roma, Bizans ve Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerine ait eserler g\u00fcny\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Son d\u00f6nemde bulunanlar aras\u0131nda tabak, kase, l\u00fcle ta\u015f\u0131ndan pipo, y\u00fcz\u00fck ve ok ucu da var. B\u00f6lgenin tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan buluntular\u0131n, farkl\u0131 d\u00f6nemlere ait oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren kaz\u0131 ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yrd. Do\u00e7. Dr. Ak\u0131n Ersoy, &#8220;Farkl\u0131 d\u00f6nemlere ait bir\u00e7ok obje tespit ettik ama yine de Helenistik d\u00f6nem tabakas\u0131n\u0131 yakalayabildik ve surlar\u0131n in\u015fa d\u00f6nemiyle \u00e7ak\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabildik. Kadifekale&#8217;de bir de Athena tap\u0131na\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Onun yerinin de muhtemelen mevcut sarn\u0131c\u0131n yanlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.&#8221; dedi. Ersoy, \u0130zmir&#8217;in zengin tarih\u00ee birikimine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, ba\u015fta Agora olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen arkeolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda son d\u00f6nemde imparatori\u00e7e oldu\u011fu tahmin edilen kad\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131, pi\u015fmi\u015f toprak ve camdan koku \u015fi\u015feleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KAD\u0130FEKALE&#8217;N\u0130N TAR\u0130H\u00c7ES\u0130 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">186 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011findeki Pagos Da\u011f\u0131 eteklerinde bir tepe \u00fczerinde bulunan Kadifekale, ilk defa M\u00d6 334 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Anadolu&#8217;yu Pers egemenli\u011finden kurtaran Makedonya Kral\u0131 B\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130skender&#8217;in (M\u00d6 356\u2013323) iste\u011fiyle yap\u0131ld\u0131. Roma d\u00f6neminden sonra Orta\u00e7a\u011f&#8217;da 1402 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Timur ordular\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tahrip edildi. Onu, \u0130zmir&#8217;de 1668&#8217;de meydana depremin verdi\u011fi hasar takip etti. Kaleden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze gelebilen az say\u0131daki kal\u0131nt\u0131 ise daha \u00e7ok Orta\u00e7a\u011f&#8217;a ait. Orta\u00e7a\u011f duvarlar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, Helenistik d\u00f6neme (M\u00d6 330-MS 20) ait duvar kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze gelen kal\u0131nt\u0131lardan, kalenin moloz ta\u015f, kesme ta\u015f ve tu\u011fladan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Kadifekale&#8217;den g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze, yaln\u0131zca bat\u0131s\u0131ndaki be\u015f kuleyle g\u00fcneyindeki duvarlardan bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc kald\u0131. Bunlara dayan\u0131larak uzunlu\u011funun 6 kilometre, sur duvarlar\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen kulelerinse 20\u201335 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011finde oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan do\u011fu ve kuzey k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 tamamen y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Kaleni i\u00e7inde ise bir dehliz ve bir su sarn\u0131c\u0131 kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kadifekale surlar\u0131n\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn, \u00c7elebi Mehmet taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131kt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor.
