Uluslararas\u0131 Di\u015f Hekimli\u011fi Kongresi&#8217;nde &#8216;G\u00f6m\u00fck Di\u015fler&#8217; konusunda bir bildiri sunan Prof. Dr. \u00c7etin Kasapo\u011flu, &#8220;G\u00f6m\u00fck di\u015fler hayat\u0131n her ya\u015f\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131n\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Genelde yumu\u015fak g\u0131dalara ge\u00e7ildi\u011finden dolay\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneme kuvvetlerinin bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 ile s\u0131kl\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ortodonti tedaviler (tel tedavisi) sonucu g\u00f6m\u00fck di\u015flerin bilhassa 20&#8217;lik di\u015flerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor.&#8221; dedi. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de di\u015f hekimli\u011finin son zamanlarda teknolojik ve radyolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck at\u0131l\u0131mlar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na vurgu yapan Kasapo\u011flu \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &#8220;Bilhassa son zamanlarda \u00e7\u0131kan (volumetrik) 3 boyutlu tomografiler bu alanda b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu tomografiler di\u015fin pozisyonu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, di\u015fin te\u015fhisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bize b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131k sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ben 30 y\u0131l\u0131k di\u015f hekimiyim, ilk zamanlarda g\u00f6m\u00fck di\u015flerle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda malzemenin eksikli\u011fi, yeteri kadar iyi olmamas\u0131 gibi zorluklar bizi yordu\u011fu gibi, hastalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar do\u011furuyordu.&#8221; <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Di\u015f hekimli\u011finde gelinen noktan\u0131n hastalar i\u00e7in konfor sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden Kasapo\u011flu, &#8220;Geldi\u011fimiz nokta hastan\u0131n rahat\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha iyi imkanlar sunuyor. En \u00f6nemlisi ise volumetrik tomografiler. Bu teknoloji bize radloyojik tekniklerde di\u015fin pozisyonunu, nerede oldu\u011funu ve nas\u0131l \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za karar vermemize zemin haz\u0131rl\u0131yor. Tabi ki kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z teknik ve aparatlarda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli, daha h\u0131zl\u0131s\u0131 ile daha seri olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z materyallerin de\u011fi\u015fik olmas\u0131, di\u015fi daha kolay \u00e7\u0131karmam\u0131za zemin haz\u0131rlarken, harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z vakti azaltt\u0131. Hastan\u0131n konforunu daha da art\u0131rd\u0131.
