K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu \u201c24 Temmuz 1908\u2019de ilk kez bu \u00fclkede sans\u00fcr memuru g\u00f6rmeden gazeteler \u00f6zg\u00fcrce yay\u0131nland\u0131, 24 Temmuz 2013\u2019te oto sans\u00fcr ya da sans\u00fcr uygulan\u0131yor T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de gazetecilik mesle\u011finde. \u0130leriye do\u011fru giden de\u011fil geriye do\u011fru giden bir s\u00fcreci ya\u015f\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu medya sahiplerini de ele\u015ftirdi ve \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cKamudan ihale alay\u0131m diye \u00f6nce gazeteye sahip oluyorsunuz. Televizyonunuz oluyor. \u0130ktidar yanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131yorsunuz ve sonra \u00f6yle bir noktaya geliyor ki, bir ihale al\u0131yorsunuz, yan\u0131na bonus olarak da bir gazete ve televizyon veriliyor size. Bana uygun yay\u0131nlar yap\u0131n diye. Benim istedi\u011fim yay\u0131nlar\u0131 yap\u0131n diye. Halk ger\u00e7ekleri g\u00f6rmesin diye.\u201d<\/p>\n

CHP milletvekilleri taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan raporda Nisan 2013 tarihi itibariyle cezaevlerinde gazetecilik faaliyetlerinden dolay\u0131 tutuklanm\u0131\u015f ve h\u00fck\u00fcm giymi\u015f gazeteci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 65 oldu\u011fu ve bu say\u0131n\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi belirtildi. S\u0131n\u0131r Tan\u0131mayan Gazeteciler Bas\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Endeksi\u2019nde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2005\u2019te 98. s\u0131radayken 154. s\u0131raya gerilemi\u015f oldu\u011fu da kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

Raporda ayr\u0131ca \u015fu s\u00f6zlere yer verildi: \u201cD\u00fcnyada en \u00e7ok gazeteciyi hapseden \u00fclke olarak tan\u0131nan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bas\u0131n\u0131, bask\u0131 alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in gazetecileri cezaevine kapatma y\u00f6ntemi benimsenmektedir. Gazeteciler iki farkl\u0131 gerek\u00e7eyle cezaevinde tutulmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ktidar\u0131n gerek\u00e7esinin dayana\u011f\u0131 ter\u00f6rizm ile devlete kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenen su\u00e7lamalard\u0131r. K\u00fcrt k\u00f6kenli gazeteciler ter\u00f6rizmle ilgili su\u00e7lamalarla, \u00f6teki muhalif gazeteciler de h\u00fck\u00fcmet kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 komplolara kat\u0131lmak su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla i\u00e7eride tutulmaktad\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n

31 Ocak 2013 itibariyle h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc 20, tutuklu 51 olmak \u00fczere toplam 71 gazetecinin cezaevinde oldu\u011fu bunlardan 21\u2019nin kad\u0131n oldu\u011fu raporda belirtilmi\u015ftir. Cezaevindeki gazetecilerin 47\u2018sinin KCK-PKK-DYG, 9\u2019nun DHKPC, 7\u2019sinin Ergenekon ve 8\u2019nin di\u011fer \u00f6rg\u00fctler ile ili\u015fkilendirildi\u011fi bilgisi de yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Raporda \u201cHepsinin Ter\u00f6rle M\u00fccadele Kanunu (TMK) ve T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu (TCK) kapsam\u0131nda \u201c\u00f6rg\u00fct\u201d ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 bulundu\u011fu iddias\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusudur. Ayr\u0131ca uzun yarg\u0131lama ve tutukluluk s\u00fcreleri t\u00fcm gazeteciler i\u00e7in ortak bir durumdur\u201d ifadesi de yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Raporda cezaevindeki gazeteciler ile bilgilere ve yap\u0131lan r\u00f6portajlara da yer verilmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan r\u00f6portajda tutuklu gazeteci Mustafa Balbay \u201cCumhuriyet Gazetesi yazar\u0131y\u0131m, gazeteyi bombalayanlarla ayn\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcyesi olmaktan yarg\u0131lan\u0131yorum. Bundan daha a\u011f\u0131r i\u015fkence olur mu?\u201d yorumu yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n
