Bu bayram neden \u201cDuanwu\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Baz\u0131lar\u0131, Duanwu Bayram\u0131\u2019n\u0131n eski \u00e7a\u011flardaki \u201cXiazhi\u201d (21 veya 22 Haziran, g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n en uzun oldu\u011fu g\u00fcn) hakk\u0131ndaki geleneklerden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131, baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise \u00e7ok eski zamanlarda Yangtze Nehri boyunca ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n ejderha totemine tap\u0131nmalar\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc savunurlar. Ancak halk aras\u0131nda en yayg\u0131n inan\u0131\u015f Duanwu Bayram\u0131\u2019n\u0131n eski yurtsever \u015fair Qu Yuan\u2019\u0131 anmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imindedir. M.\u00d6. 3. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki Chu devletinde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan Qu Yuan, vatan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmanlar taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fgal edilmesinden sonra \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve kendisini 5. ay\u0131n\u0131n 5. g\u00fcn\u00fc Guluo nehrine atarak intihar etmi\u015f. Bundan sonra, halk vatan\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok seven Qu Yuan\u2019\u0131 anmak i\u00e7in nehre i\u00e7ine yap\u0131\u015fkan pirin\u00e7 doldurulan bambu par\u00e7alar\u0131 atmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f. Daha sonra, i\u00e7inde pirin\u00e7 olan bambu par\u00e7alar\u0131 Zongzi haline getirilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n

Duanwu Bayram\u0131n\u0131n arife ak\u015fam\u0131 her aile, bayramda yemek i\u00e7in Zongziler yaparak pi\u015firir. Zongzi ayr\u0131ca hediye olarak da verilebilir. Duanwu Bayram\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, insanlar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 ziyaretlerde birbirlerine kendi yapt\u0131klar\u0131 Zongzileri hediye ederler.<\/p>\n

Duanwu Bayram\u0131nda yenebilecekler aras\u0131nda Zongzi\u2019den ba\u015fka, \u00c7in\u2019in baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde \u00f6zg\u00fcn yemek ve i\u00e7ecekler de vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, tuzlanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6rdek yumurtalar\u0131 yemek ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 z\u0131rn\u0131k (Xionghuang) i\u00e7kisini i\u00e7me gelenekleri, halk aras\u0131nda k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten korunma s\u00f6ylentilerinden kaynaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\"Zongzi<\/a>Yemeklerden ba\u015fka, Duanwu Bayram\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6zg\u00fcn s\u00fcs gelenekleri de vard\u0131r. Bayram g\u00fcn\u00fc, her aile kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne pelin otu (Ai Cao) ve su kam\u0131\u015f\u0131 (Cao Pu) asar. Pelin otu ve su kam\u0131\u015f\u0131, ila\u00e7 ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan iki \u00e7e\u015fit ottur. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ocuklara kaplan ba\u015f\u0131 \u015feklinde ayakkab\u0131lar ve \u00fczerinde kaplan fig\u00fcrl\u00fc nak\u0131\u015flar bulunan kuma\u015f \u00f6nl\u00fckler giydirirler. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu gelenekler, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n huzurlu, g\u00fcvenli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmelerini garanti alt\u0131na alma anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n

\u00c7in\u2019in g\u00fcneyinde bulunan Yangtze Nehrinin orta ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 kesimlerinde, ejderha kay\u0131klar\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi de Duanwu Bayram\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131ndan biridir.
