Daha sonra yap\u0131lan bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHerkesin kabul edebilece\u011fi, \u00fczerinde uzla\u015fabilece\u011fi, sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan, temizli\u011fi, d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan, bilgisi, birikimiyle, zarafetiyle herkese \u00f6rnek olacak bir ismi Say\u0131n Genel Ba\u015fkana sundum. Say\u0131n Ekmelettin \u0130hsano\u011flu bey&#8230; \u015eunu ifade edeyim. Demokraside yeni bir olaya tan\u0131kl\u0131k ediyoruz. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir uzla\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. O bak\u0131mdan Say\u0131n Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Say\u0131n arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7ok de\u011ferli \u015fahsiyetler olmakla beraber bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fartlar i\u00e7erisinde de\u011ferli bir isim \u00f6nermesi bizi memnun etmi\u015ftir. Kendisine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015fta aile \u00e7evresinde tan\u0131yan \u0130hsano\u011flu, Kahire Milli K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi&#8217;nde ve Ayn \u015eems \u00dcniversitesi Edebiyat Fak\u00fcltesi&#8217;nde Osmanl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve edebiyat\u0131 ile ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1974&#8217;te Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi&#8217;nde doktoras\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra, \u0130ngiltere&#8217;de Exeter \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nde doktora sonras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130sl\u00e2m ve Bat\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle yak\u0131ndan temas\u0131 olan \u0130hsano\u011flu, 1984&#8217;te profes\u00f6r olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130hsano\u011flu, 24 y\u0131l boyunca \u0130slam Konferans\u0131 \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (\u0130K\u00d6) \u0130sl\u00e2m Tarih, Sanat ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi&#8217;nin genel direkt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.
