Buna g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2014 A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 25 artarak 105.624 oldu. Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul 17.349 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile en y\u00fcksek paya (y\u00fczde 16,4) sahip oldu. Sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019u, 11.836 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 11,2) ile Ankara, 5.772 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 5,5) ile \u0130zmir izledi. Konut sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu iller s\u0131ras\u0131yla 11 konut ile Ardahan, 12 konut ile Hakk\u00e2ri ve 45 konut ile Bayburt oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 12 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 35.338 oldu. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 33,5 oldu. \u0130potekli sat\u0131\u015flarda \u0130stanbul 6.982 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 19,8 pay ile ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 ald\u0131. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015f pay\u0131n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu il y\u00fczde 44,6 ile Bilecik oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>D\u0130\u011eER KONUT SATI\u015eLARINDA DA \u0130STANBUL \u00d6NDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye genelinde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 32,8 oran\u0131nda artarak 70.286 oldu. Di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul 10.367 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 14,7 pay ile ilk s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde di\u011fer sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 59,8 oldu. Ankara 7.228 di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ikinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. Ankara\u2019y\u0131 3.521 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Antalya izledi. Di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n en az oldu\u011fu il, 7 konut ile Ardahan oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ilk defa sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 25,8 artarak 48.828 oldu. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ilk sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 46,2 oldu. \u0130lk sat\u0131\u015flarda \u0130stanbul 8.017 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile en y\u00fcksek paya (y\u00fczde 16,4) sahip olurken, \u0130stanbul\u2019u 4.867 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Ankara ve 2.231 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u0130zmir izledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 24,4 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 56.796 oldu. \u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda da \u0130stanbul 9.332 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 16,4 pay ile ilk s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ikinci el sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 53,8 oldu. Ankara 6.969 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ikinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.
