Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen TASCO (Sivil Toplum Kurulu\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in Teknik Destek)\u00a0 organizat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde\u00a0 29 Eyl\u00fcl ve 1 Ekim tarihleri aras\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen bir Roman\u00a0 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 sonras\u0131nda\u00a0 7 \u00fclkeden aday g\u00f6sterilen 21 STK aras\u0131ndan her \u00fclkenin kazananlar\u0131 \u00a014.000 avroluk \u00f6d\u00fcle ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yap\u0131lan 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftayda ilk g\u00fcn Romanlar\u0131n ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en b\u00f6lgelerdeki durumlar\u0131 ile birlikte Roman STKlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ile ilgili konular ele al\u0131nd\u0131. \u00a0Konular Romanlar\u0131n bar\u0131nma, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, i\u015fsizlik ve yoksulluk problemleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele al\u0131n\u0131rken, Romanlar\u0131n bu durumdan nas\u0131l \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fi ile ilgili arg\u00fcmanlar tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. STKlar\u0131n rol\u00fc ile birlikte AB fonlar\u0131 ile g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmeleri de konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 aras\u0131ndayd\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde davetli STK temsilcileri Avrupa Birli\u011fi Parlamentosunun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fekli ile ilgili parlamento binas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bilgi ald\u0131 ve kendisi de Roman bir Parlamenter olan Soroya Post ile bir araya gelerek g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015f veri\u015finde bulundular. Daha sonra \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Y\u00fcksek Komiserli\u011fini ziyaret eden STK temsilcileri burada Romanlar\u0131n durumu ile ilgili insan haklar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yap\u0131labilecekleri ve komiserlikten bu konuda alabilecekleri yard\u0131m ile ilgili bilgi ald\u0131lar. A\u00e7\u0131k Toplum Vakf\u0131\u2019n\u0131 da ziyaret eden temsilciler burada vak\u0131f\u0131n kendilerine sundu\u011fu imkanlar konusunda bilgilendirildiler.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fcnde STK temsilcileri\u00a0 Br\u00fcksel\u2019de Roman topluluklar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan STKlar\u0131 ziyaret etti\u00a0 ve Avrupa\u2019da yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile ilgili yerinde bilgi ald\u0131lar. Son olarak 2. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda soy k\u0131r\u0131ma u\u011frayan Romanlar i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapan Roma \u0130tibar Merkezi\u2019ni gezen temsilciler burada da sava\u015f d\u00f6neminde Romanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 unutulmaz ac\u0131 deneyimleri payla\u015fma imkan\u0131 buldular.<\/p>\n

Roman entegrayonu hakk\u0131nda Stefan F\u00fcle\u2019nin konu\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geni\u015fleme ve Kom\u015fuluk Politikalar\u0131ndan sorumlu Stefan F\u00fcle\u2019nin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcl t\u00f6reninin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00a0F\u00fcle \u00a0\u00f6d\u00fcl t\u00f6renine kat\u0131lmaktan duydu\u011fu onuru ifade ederek s\u00f6zlerine ba\u015flad\u0131. Daha \u00f6nce aday ve \u00f6n-aday \u00fclkelerden hi\u00e7bir \u00fclkenin Roma topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi konusunda her hangi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen F\u00fcle bu \u00f6d\u00fcl t\u00f6renin de Avrupa Komisyonu i\u00e7in bir ilk oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n

Bat\u0131 Balkanlar ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki Romanlar\u0131n durumunun ciddiyet arz etti\u011fini dile getiren F\u00fcle, Romanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlukla \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ve sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu ve yoksulluk i\u00e7erisinde bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.\u00a0 \u00a0Roma topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine,\u00a0 e\u011fitime, bar\u0131nma ve istihdam hizmetlerine ula\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131nda sorunlar oldu\u011funu dile getiren F\u00fcle, \u00a0ikinci olarak Romanlar\u0131n toplum taraf\u0131ndan alg\u0131lanmas\u0131nda da sorunlar bulundu\u011funu dile getirdi. Avrupa Komisyonu\u2019nun, devletlerin ve STKlar\u0131n hepsinin ayn\u0131 mesaj\u0131 yayarak, Roma entegrasyonunun \u00f6nemli bir politika oldu\u011funu dile getirmeleri gerekti\u011fini belirtti . Bunun sadece Romanlar\u0131n yarar\u0131na de\u011fil fakat b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumun yarar\u0131na olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren F\u00fcle, toplumun her bireyinin y\u00fcre\u011fini ve i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koymas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkelerin sosyal, ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel a\u00e7\u0131dan refaha ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00a0ve g\u00fc\u00e7lenmelerini \u00a0sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n

\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc olarak Avrupa Komisyonu i\u00e7in Roma entegrasyonunun bir \u00f6ncelik oldu\u011funu dile getiren F\u00fcle Roman topluluklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda sosyal ve ekonomik olarak entegre edilece\u011fini ifade etti.\u00a0 Bunun Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fcyeli\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fclkeler i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu ifade eden F\u00fcle,\u00a0 Avrupa Birli\u011finin misyonunun a\u00e7\u0131k ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir topluma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmek oldu\u011funu ifade ederek,\u00a0 b\u00fct\u00fcn vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u0131rk, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve din ayr\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n topluma entegre edilmesi oldu\u011funu \u00a0ve bu g\u00f6revin Roman konusunu politik g\u00fcndemde y\u00fcksek bir noktaya getirdi\u011fini ve2014 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00a0IPA yoluyla bu konudaki mali deste\u011fin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebinin de bu oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n

D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc olarak da STKlar\u0131n rol\u00fcne de\u011finen F\u00fcle, onlar\u0131n Roman topluluklar\u0131 ile devletler aras\u0131nda kritik bir rol \u00fcstlendiklerini ve Roman topluluklar\u0131n zor durumlar\u0131n\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde ilettiklerini belirterek bu \u00f6d\u00fcl t\u00f6renin de bunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc ‘Sulukule \u00c7ocuk Sanat Ay\u00f6lyesi\u2019ne<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00d6d\u00fcller AB\u2019ye aday \u00fclkeler Kosova, Makedonya, Karada\u011f, Arnavutluk, Bosna Hersek, S\u0131rbistan ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den se\u00e7ilen 3\u2019er en iyi projenin aras\u0131ndan birincileri se\u00e7mek sureti ile\u00a0verildi. \u00a0\u00a0T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc ise \u00a0\u00a0bir grup Roman \u00a0gencin Sulukule\u2019ye dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in m\u00fczi\u011fi kullanarak fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmas\u0131na dayanan ve bu gen\u00e7lerin verdi\u011fi konserlerden olu\u015fan Sulukule \u00c7ocuk Sanat At\u00f6lyesi kazand\u0131. \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc proje koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Funda Oral asl\u0131. Bu \u00f6d\u00fcl Avrupa Komisyonu\u2019nun y\u0131k\u0131lan 500 y\u0131ll\u0131k Roman mahallesi Sulukele\u2019ye dikkatleri tekrar \u00e7ekmek ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye bu durumu hat\u0131rlatarak haf\u0131za tazelemek olarak de\u011ferlendirildi.
