Rotavir\u00fcs ishallerinde di\u011fer etkenlere ait ishallerden daha fazla sulu ishal, bulant\u0131, kusma, i\u015ftah kayb\u0131, kar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Rotavir\u00fcs enfeksiyonu sebebiyle hastaneye yat\u0131r\u0131lan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funda ate\u015f, kusma ve ishal bile\u015fiminden olu\u015fan bir klinik g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Ancak rotavir\u00fcs ishalinin tan\u0131s\u0131 konulsa bile, hastal\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6nelik \u00f6zel bir tedavisi bulunmuyor. Rotavir\u00fcs tan\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 laboratuvar y\u00f6ntemi kullan\u0131labilir. Rotavir\u00fcs ishalinin \u00f6zel tan\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n konulmas\u0131, tedavi yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmez. \u00d6zel bir antiviral tedavi yoktur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Halen piyasada olan a\u015f\u0131 2006 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri ABD ve bir\u00e7ok Avrupa \u00fclkesinde g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde uygulan\u0131yor. Rotavir\u00fcsten korunma yollar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rotavir\u00fcs ishaline kar\u015f\u0131 korunmada \u00f6ncelikli y\u00f6ntem a\u015f\u0131. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra temizlik ve hijyene \u00e7ok dikkat etmek gerekiyor.
