Kafataslar\u0131n\u0131 ilgin\u00e7 yapan \u00f6zellikleri ise ameliyat izlerinin bulunmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1940 y\u0131l\u0131nda Samsun D\u00fcrdartepe kaz\u0131lar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda ke\u015ffedilen, Bafra il\u00e7esi \u0130kiztepe k\u00f6y\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalan \u0130kiztepe y\u00fckseltileri, ilk olarak 1974 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrk Tarih Kurumu ad\u0131na \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Edebiyat Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerinden merhum Prof.Dr. Bahad\u0131r Alk\u0131m\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki heyet taraf\u0131ndan kaz\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Alk\u0131m\u2019\u0131n 1981 y\u0131l\u0131nda vefat\u0131ndan sonra Prof.Dr. \u00d6nder Bilgi ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki heyet taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen tepe kaz\u0131lar\u0131nda, 600 civar\u0131nda mezar ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken; iskeletler \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan antropolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, kafatas\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen bo\u015fluklar\u0131n bilin\u00e7li ameliyatlar sonucunda meydana geldi\u011fi tespit edildi. Tespitin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Anadolu\u2019nun en eski trepanasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130kiztepe\u2019de yayg\u0131n olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130kiztepe\u2019nin Ge\u00e7 Kalkolitik \u00c7a\u011f\u2019da ilk yerle\u015fim yeri olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilirken, \u0130lk Tun\u00e7 \u00c7a\u011f\u0131 boyunca da yerle\u015fimin kesintisiz olarak devam etti\u011fi ve Orta Tun\u00e7 \u00c7a\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 3. evresinde, yani Orta Anadolu\u2019da Eski Hitit Devleti\u2019nin kurulu\u015funa kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131ld\u0131. 1 tanesi Bafra M\u00fczesi\u2019nde, 3 tanesi de Samsun Arkeoloji ve Etnografya M\u00fczesi\u2019nde sergilenen kafataslar\u0131, m\u00fczede en ilgi toplayan insan kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kafataslar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Samsun M\u00fcze M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc arkeolo\u011fu Mustafa Kola\u011fas\u0131o\u011flu, \u201cBunlar, 5 bin senelik kafataslar\u0131na m\u00fcdahale edilmi\u015f yani ameliyat ge\u00e7irmi\u015f kafatas\u0131 \u00f6rnekleridir. \u0130lk Tun\u00e7 \u00c7a\u011f\u0131&#8217;na aittir. M.\u00d6. 3000 y\u0131l\u0131na ait \u00f6rneklerdir. Bu kafataslar\u0131ndaki incelemelerde, travma nedeniyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi san\u0131lan ameliyatlarda, beyine bir m\u00fcdahale olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda bir teredd\u00fct vard\u0131r. Bu ameliyatlar iki ama\u00e7la ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olabilir.
